And... why are the Giants calling timeouts?    🤦‍♂️

That’s when you field 1 player and have them take a knee given the field.

Barkley's stat line doesn't look as good with only 1 TD when he should have had 3. He deserved it.

1st down Eagles. Nice timeout idiot.

I called for it earlier, if you aren’t giving Saquon TD’s at the goal line in ‘his game’…you put in the rook and let him try.

Barkley should have gotten a shot at:

  • Career high in rushing yards in a game (15 yards short)
  • Franchise record in rushing yards in a game (30 yards short)
  • 3 TDs - easily could have/should have gotten the goal line carries.

This is a classic case of a coach not understanding the situation.  I'm sure Saquon wasn't calling for it, because that's not who he is... BUT, that is the kind of accolade that OL LOVE for their RB!   Really would have been a nice feather in their collective caps.

Congrats to Kenny for avoidng a 3rd straight 3 and out by converting on a roughing the punter penalty on 4th down.

Eff the Giants man. Calling timeouts just to have personal fouls calls

In today’s day and age where people look at stats instead of tape, you’re correct.  Most of us know that Saquon, the defense and Gainwell (in that order) carried this team today.

This i didn’t realize, and I’m pissed now.  Ego wins though.

Shipley looked like he was running in quick sand

Kind of hard to judge him when the Giants know they’re just running the ball to kill clock

Vikings/lions and packers/texans coming down to the wire here.

That was my vote.  Man was on fire.  Trucking people too.

Qb1 knows all about 3 and outs

Exactly, and it's part of the reason he's so likeable. But someone else on the offense needs to be advocating for that since he wouldn't. Show some appreciation for the dude who is the sole reason the team has won a single game

They need to get after Burrow next week like they did to DJ today.

Positives:

We blew out a division rival

The run game is elite. Continue to use it

Hurts didn't have any turnovers again

The defense looked outstanding all game long

Negatives:

Terrible on third downs

Hurts outside of the singular throw was not good. I know, I know, three touchdowns. Two of those belonged to Barkley. He took some horrendous sacks and missed multiple wide open throws.

Gave up too many sacks, though this ties in with bonehead QB play.

All in all:

Run the damn football and stop having Hurts throw 30+ times a game and we'll be better for it.

Again, offense struggles completely on QB, but THIS is the type of stuff that gets a CEO head coach on the hot seat. Has to be better at CEO things.

Did @RememberTheKoy complain about the defense or the play calling today?  I’ve never seen such a domination of a game in my life despite the QB. I’m also not happy about it.  But hats off the Fangio, Kellen Moore, and even Sirianni for putting the team in a position to dominate despite our QB play.

That's a shame McCoy has to share that honor with a QB

What a joke

Let Pickett throw here. Calcaterra was open

Hope this shows the coaches that this team functions way better as a running team.

They get a sack and their guy is flexing.

He was too busy under the covers with his qb1 fathead. He missed most of the game. He only watched the tush push tds
