I know we came in late... but I am NOT a fan of the taking a knee to set up a FG if you aren't ending the game with the kick at the very end.   AND, its not a chip shot FG.  It's over 40 yards.   That's a high percentage kick.... but still get it closer...   and running plays actually eat more clock than kneeling.

That said... today was a very very good performance by the D, and it just felt better than last week.   Last week, there were more plays where the Browns screwed up, versus the Eagles making a play.  Today, the Eagles' D was making plays.   Much more impressive.

Clock was live, they shouldn't have time for a play.   A procedural penalty with a live clock should be an automatic runoff.

 

 

So, playing this forward, forget about the whole team running up for a snap with the clock running.   Just run the closest two players to the LOS and let them snap the ball by themselves.   Just make the other 9 players 'set' wherever they are on the field, and you get a free timeout for 5 yards.   AWFUL officiating rule.
