Would be nice to call a penalty on the islanders you know in this game... 

I’ve seen no fewer than 3 clear missed calls against the Islanders in this period. 

Farabees just missed.

It's like they just got overwhelmed.  The only way to come back is to do what they did in the 1st. Out skate NY.

Most penalties come when you’re caught out of position. Flyers haven’t had many offensive chances or prolonged zone positions to warrant that type of response. That said, there have been some missed calls this game

That's about right- they are averaging 1.7 goals a game in the series.

I pick the Islanders in five and put money on it So at least i have that going for me. with the way the Flyers were playing and how they matched up it wasn’t a good series for us. I would be more than happy to lose that money Is why i didn’t that. But you could see this coming from a mile away. They played like crap against a worse Canadiens team And continued the piss poor effort into the second round vs. the islanders. 
 

and I’ll say this, this isn’t a coaching thing. This has been the same Fing problem since the New Jersey Devils series in 2012. This is the same crap they pull every single year since then. At some point get rid of players that aren’t winners. I’m sorry giroux as a captain is not a winner. He needs to be Robin to a superstar Batman 

Giroux only has 2 years left and then he'll likely be gone. He has an NMC that I doubt he'll waive

Yeah i agree. They should’ve done it last year when we weren’t good and he likely would’ve.

Supposed to be Captain giroux. But as we’ve seen for years now he no shows in the playoffs. Honestly when was the last time we had a clutch playoff goal score? Danny briere feels like an eternity ago

Yeah I get that. He’s not a leader. I’ve thought that for years.
