So frustrating....

That said, did get a post on that rebound off the rush.  But yea, its gotta be overhauled for next season.  At some point defenses figured our pp out and we haven't adjusted.

I said this a couple years ago when we were talking during the 2018 playoffs they need a legitimate superstar. it’s true. Teams that win the Stanley Cup tend to have a big-time star they can carry them when their team is in a drought and makes the players that are good around them even better. Iroux is not that guy he is a Robin. If you had a Batman for him he would look better. With free agency looking like that’s not a possibility in the forwards front as Taylor hall Is the best forward. I go after Pietrangelo

Well they had some decent forecheck that period anyway. Need to come out with that same intensity and put it in the damn net.

You're making remember the year he played with Jagr, and how nobody else around me at the time seemed to notice what happened and why they shouldn't re-sign the guy after that season.  Jagr played for like 3 more years or something.

As much as i loved jagr the issue is they needed to get a guy entering or in his prime with iroux. Jagr was temporary fit. Tavares was available. I would’ve overpaid to get it done. We overpaid for JVR and voracek anyway. Might as well do it for a guy who’s better than both.

Right? How Fing awful of a call. It wasn’t about being hit into hart. Barzal Fing stood there for a good 5-6 seconds not even making an attempt to get out of the crease. 

Call me a homer, but I think that's a BS call. No attempt to get out of the crease, and in fact he held Provorov's stick keeping him from getting out of the way also.

Then they miss an obvious penalty on coots having his stick held lol. 

Not a doubt in my mind that the Flyers couldn't score a goal even if they were on a 5 on 0. Making Carey Price and now Varlamov look like a combo of Marty Brodeur and Patrick Roy. 

BS goal aside, Hart is locked in tonight. If the offense could get ANYTHING going he could steal this game.

Honestly not a ton of great shots by the flyers. They are shooting but from poor angles and the good angle shots get blocked.

I assume they are already going to lose this 1-0 on a bullcrap goal. Would be Flyers fashion. Even more frustrating the third goal the islanders scored in game 2 the guy was 100 percent off sides. Replay and pics showed it. Yet nhl just completely missed that
