The fact that no American oil is from Iran has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not the price of gas in the US will rise. It's an economically illiterate take. And the demand side isn't changing right now, it's the supply side that's changing which is causing the price of oil to spike.

You have no understanding of things on this issue like everything else you jump into. Even with the chaos in Iran the world was swimming in oil in part from the US, Brazil, and Venezuela. Do some research and come back. Yeah, it is reacting to the global uncertainty, but he is right it shouldn't be happening. It will go up for a short bit, but then drop again.

Fox knows Trump doesn't have the backbone to see any of this through, so they've resorted to begging oil tankers to get blown up for the cause.
