When we needed the allies during Desert Storm, after 9/11 or during the invasion into Iraq, they were at our side. He fails to mention that and probably doesn’t even know how it all went down.Yeah, we’re the leader of NATO and have provided an immense protection with our military throughout Europe. But he also fails to mention how that has also benefited the US in lots of ways for centuries. The coalition hasn’t been perfect, but as a whole, stronger than anything else on the planet. Now this idiot is here and his sole objective is to destroy the alliance from within. I think Van’s point is spot on. Europe needs to grow a pair and stand up for themselves against this moron.
