First off, I’m glad that these evil leaders of the terrorist state of Iran have been taken out.

They deserved everything that they just got and the world is better with them being dead.

I can totally understand thousands of Iranians celebrating their death and cheering for the US led strikes.

Those are the positives.

How this turns out no one knows and the danger to the US is not going to be determined in the next weeks. The risks outweigh the positives by a lot IMO.

Netanyahu and his Israeli right wing instigated these strikes and Trump followed through.

When all the bombs rain down on Iran and civilians (children) etc. lose their lives, who will get the blame? The same issues will arise as we have seen in Gaza. You have to put yourself into their position. Let’s say your kids are killed during missile attacks. Are you going to blame your terrible government or are you going to blame the attackers? That’s why Israel has the issues they have. They don’t just kill the Hamas terrorists, but also innocent kids and women etc…collateral damage some may say, but that just makes new "terrorists” because of their loss of live. It feeds the hate more and more.

This will not bring the peace we all desire. It will feed more anti American sentiment around the world. A victory now doesn’t mean we’re more safe in the future…
