So Gen X was the top Trump voting generation and Millennials were only slightly behind the Boomers for Trump voting in '24.As for the other problem, yeah duh, every generation will have that feeling when they get old.

But even where my generation supports Trump I don't think the turn back the clock to the 50s is where it's coming from. I think it's more a rejection of the "radical left" agenda even though the threat is vastly overstated.

Also, there is a solid chunk in the younger demographic who are the ones pushing the move toward traditionalism like the trad wife stuff though I think they punch above their weight vs the actual numbers. Overall, seems to be a lot less segmented toward boomers than many make it out to be though of course there is a strong chunk of pro Trump boomers and particularly among the older half of the boomers.
