I voted third party in ‘16 as I was sure Trump couldn’t win Virginia and I didn’t like either candidate. It was much closer than I expected and I didn’t make that mistake again.

who cares, i didn't vote for either candidate. it's not our fault trump won. that blame lies mainly on the democratic party.

It's really that simple though. 

Again, I have no problem with people voting third party. Do what you think is best. But also accept the reality of what that means. If enough people don't vote or vote third party, then it makes it more likely that someone like Trump will win. You've got a weigh the cons of that vs the principles of voting for your ideal candidate and making your displeasure with the Democratic candidate known. I don't judge either way, but like that's the reality of it.
