I mean fight in the courts, thru public opinion, pressure on Congressman, protests, etc. It won't stop everything but it will slow it down with the goal to keep as much intact as possible thru the midterms. From there Congress will have to take over and hopefully SCOTUS will make good decisions in the end of the day.
