At that point we're banking on steichen being able to have hurts perform like he did that season, and I don't think that's ever happening again. That year looks more and more like an anomaly with each passing season. The offense performed without the starting QB out against Dallas (albeit against terrible competition), that's a sign of a good coordinator. I don't think Moore is as much of an issue as Hurts is

We won't know if the Eagles play Saturday or Sunday until tomorrow right?  Unfortunately, my Aunt passed away this week so I am heading to Philly for her funeral.  Was thinking of sticking around for the game.

And we finally embraced the run game. Whoever is the coordinator you can't go back to the firing away mentality. I would be nervous Steichen wants to go back to being a pass heavy team.

Makes sense to me. What’s the difference between being limited in practice and doing all the same drills privately with a trainer?

I'd think it'd be a huge difference from practicing solo with a trainer vs with the team

They can’t even pass, catch or run with a football until Phase 4. It’s just 30 minutes of sport specific exercise.

Strength - and even health, to an extent, isn’t necessary based on how "ripped” someone is.  

Carter has the "old school” natural strength and look.   Nothing wrong with that, as long as he keeps up with his cardio, imo.

Sorry to hear that.  My aunt recently passed as well.  We had her funeral the day after Christmas.   Sucks having to deal with the realities of life around Christmas, but then again... that's what Christmas is really all about.

Sorry for your loss bud.  Yeah, it is tough.  My aunt was so cool to me all my life.  Used to pick me up for dinner when I was a freshman at Villanova and even brought her famous lasagna to me to share with my friends in the dorm.

I wouldn’t assume they aren’t going through it correctly.  The procedure clearly outlines the minimums, but I doubt it outlines the maximums.

Interesting that they are going with only 1, maybe 2 RB’s and 3 WRs

Sure, just a rumor...but if it comes to be true, suspend the Saints GM and Aaron Glenn for a year.  AND... make a rule that no team can hire a new HC until the Super Bowl ends.  Adjust the start of the FA period by a couple weeks to allow for that and voila, no more coaches with split allegiance.
