The likely road to the SB is Green Bay, Washington and then either to Detroit or we host maybe Minnesota? The next 2 games of Green Bay and Washington seem most likely though.

That win against the Bucs was in Tampa.

You're right, I'm mixing up when Brady Bucs came to Philly but we lost that game and the playoff game in 21.   AJ Played that game in Tampa and had over 100 yards I think.  But we do have a bad record against them.  Let's take care of Greenbay but it seems if the Bucs beat Washington which they did in Week 1.  Our next game would be against them.

Thought Hurts looked really good when he was possibly the best player on the field in the Super Bowl. He needs to avoid leaving plays on the field though. Take advantage of his skill players ability to get open etc

I think the Eagles are the best team in the NFC. That doesn’t mean they will win but, they should welcome all comers. Would obviously rather play Detroit in Philly though if they had to meet up.

Hurts hasn't looked like SB Hurts since the SB though. I don't think he ever will be. I think 2023 Hurts is the QB he is. He's an efficient passer who won't make the risky throw. He can use his legs to scramble and get can you a big first down using them. He's also still just a 1 to 2 read QB who doesn't trust the pocket and the coaches are too reliant on called QB runs. The offense is limited to an RPO offense with Hurts at QB.

One thing these last 2 games have shown me is that the tush push is successful because of the Eagles OL. Pickett and McKee were both able to utilize the play, even resulting in a Kenny Pickett TD. If Kenny Pickett had 11 tush push TDs, would we consider him a great QB because of it? I doubt it. The Eagles OL under Stoutland was great at the QB sneak before Hurts got here and they are great at the QB sneak when Hurts isn't playing. The 1-yard tush push TDs are one of the most overrated stat padders around.

Houston is a huge market... #6... but the Texans are not a draw.

It’s gonna be Rams going to Philly in the NFCCG.

Yup.  That's my prediction too.  I feel good about it.

Eagles will need to beat the Packers and Bucs to do it... but in Philly, I feel good about that Bucs matchup.

Rams can beat Vikings in LA (already have once), and then go into Detroit and take down the depleted, but rested Lions.

Well we got our Defacto-Bye Week this week and the backups still got the W.  Now it's time to bring this thing home.  Hope all of the guys are healthy and ready to go.

Giants keeping Schoen and Daboll lol I love it!!!

Watched the highlights. McKee didn't look too bad. Was sad to see that Barkley didn't get his chance to break the record. But I understand the logic

He's never had this many carries over the course of a season.  Probably the most dangerous rb in the NFL besides Barkley

That doesn’t mean he’s the risk for injury. Barkley had the most carries he’s ever had, should we be worried about an injury now? Nope

Best QB in what looks to be a really bad QB draft class.  He’d be an upgrade over Will Levis, though, so just turn the card in now.

You didn't set a very high bar.

I think that decision is going to bite him. There’s a huge difference between facing Washington and facing Minnesota. And I say that as someone who has said all year I’m not fully convinced by Minnesota but I think that’s a tougher match up.

Nah.  That's going to be a let down game for the Vikings.  They will have a hard time getting their heads right for a road game next week... they will be beat up, emotionally and physically, and the Rams are rested.  That one might end up a blow out.

For a 3rd string QB he looked damn good. I’m not saying he’s a franchise QB like people in here seem to be implying, but I think he’s probably better than most back ups in the league.

Would have liked to see him take a few more shots downfield. I think his longest completion was 19 yards.

I just feel dc is so overrated and has been lucky all year.  Even with Hurts immediately out after the 1st series, it took a series of 10 unimaginable events for them to win the game.

Thats why I’d be happy to match up with them in the playoffs.

And it was the only win they have against a team with a winning record... and just struggled mightily with Dallas.  They are 99% a fraud team that's had some ridiculous luck to get where they are.  That Bears game was the biggest fraud win of the season, and its why they are the 6 seed, not the 7.   Daniels is going to be a good one for a long time, but right now, they are feasting on his playmaking and not making the critical mistakes.  In the future, when he learns how to play QB... they are going to be a problem.

Daboll won a playoff game with Daniel Jones two years ago. That alone earned him one more year.

I don’t get keeping Schoen. He royally F’ed up last offseason and unfortunately for him and them (Giants) the world was able to see it

Agree.  Just seems the Eagles stopped going downfield altogether around mid season.  A good pass rush would give McKee a lot of problems.

There’s no way we play Washington unless it’s in the championship game in Philly.

Just finished watching the second half of the game from last night.  The Vikings are what I thought they were... they are the 2004 Bears... they are no threat.  The Lions are legit, but their ranks keep getting thinner.  Any opponent for them needs to send video to the league ahead of time and point out their back 7 being super handsy and grabby.  Get it into the heads of the officials, because the Legion of Boom method of DBs mugging the receivers can be very effective.  But, I don't think the Lions' run defense can stop the Eagles running game.

That said, I don't see the Lions getting past the Rams, unless they are allowed to mug Nicua and Kupp all game.  It might sound crazy, but I see the Rams as the 2nd best team in the NFC... if the Lions were healthy, I would feel different.  As it is, they are the 3rd best.     Meanwhile, what really matters is that the Eagles need to play like they are capable of... if they do, this can be a special season.  If they don't... the ending will be painful to watch.

Look since you're a newbie hear, I will go easy.  Tanner McKee is the next coming Brady. Get your facts straight. Also, I am not sure Saquon shouldn't rest until the NFCCG given how good Shipley looked.

If we beat GB the next lowest seed is Washington.

So wouldn't that be who Detroit plays since they play the lowest seed left? Assuming Washington beats TB.

So if Tampa wins, we'll host them on Saturday.  Likely the early slot since Balt/Buff is, IMO, the feature match in the Divisional Round and will be slotted in on Saturday PM.

If DC wins, we'll host the 4/5 winner on Sunday in the later slot.

Daboll gets all his cred from turning Allen into a great QB while OC in Buffalo.  Wasn't that inevitable?

Peterson fired.  Balke stays.

Anarumo fired as DC in Cincy.

Doug P only got 3 years but had two winning seasons a Division title and Playoff Win with Jacksonville.  The team was bad before he got there, it was a uphill battle.  HIs career record including the playoffs is now 69-69-1

It can’t be Washington.

It will either be Bucs, Rams or Vikings.
