With the Bush Push now legal. I’m not sure how you don’t get a yard in 4 tries.

That sweep was the game.

Big fan of the Bush Push.

Easy way to score.

Just penetrate. There will be a hole.

I never once paid attention to those lyrics or even understood them. Thanks, I guess.

Just to be clear, Ohio State is the mortal enemy, but no one has the right to beat them besides us. How sweet it will be for us when Ohio wins the championship after we beat them. Great for us, bittersweet for them.

Actually winning the natty would definitely take away a good portion of the sting of losing to Mich for me.  The playoff format has changed a lot.  In the past it wouldn’t be possible to even play for a natty without winning The Game (there were rare exceptions, but usually that was the case).

I’m not saying there still isn’t some sting there, but it would be greatly minimized.  On the flip side, some of the joy Wolverine‘s fans have from the win will be diminished since their victory did not result in the complete destruction of the Buckeys season

Something tells me if they win the chip they aren’t gonna give two craps about losing to Michigan

Biggest rivalry in all of American sports…winning the NC might be a consolation prize, but this crop of seniors will forever be haunted by ‘well you never beat Michigan’.  Those 2 schools look at it a bit different…the hierarchy is:

1: Who beats who

2: Who wins the Big 10

3: Did you win a Natty.

Which site is he getting his stats from? Weren't there different sites that either had him giving up a sack or not?

We can end this debate right now.   CBS Sports picked this up and said that PFF did have a higher grade on Sewell for some things...

Quote

However, there was one metric omitted that favored Sewell that many have come into consider for some Associated Press voters: Pro Football Focus grades. Sewell has the edge over Johnson in PFF offensive grade (87.5 to 85.4) and PFF run-blocking grade (90.5 vs. 80.0), although Johnson did have a leg up on Sewell in PFF pass-blocking grade (88.1 vs. 74.1).

https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/eagles-rt-lane-johnson-posts-stat-comparison-of-himself-lions-penei-sewell-after-second-team-all-pro-nod/

And when PFF speaks, we all have to shut up and listen.  They have a website that you have to pay for... so they know what they are talking about.  Clearly they are the final voice in this discussion.  They gave Sewell the edge in 2 out of 3 categories.  Case closed.

Not a single player on this Ohio team has ever beaten Michigan. That will sting a long time. The shoe was on the other foot not so long ago. I rooted for OSU yesterday. I was glad that they won but not so euphoric as I was a year ago.

What’s the milf situation like today up in the peninsula area on a playoff football Saturday in this winter wonderland?  Is today a Hello Sailor kinda day?

At least the NFLPA Players' All Pro team is not biased by home team's writers, and anyone else who gives their vote based popularity or on when they saw a game/player. The players vote based on who they have competed against and have a better judge of talent and performance on the field than most of those voting in all these other "All Pro" teams "elections". I would rather be judged by my peers than by someone who has never done the job, and I value the player's opinion more than that of a non-participant.

You don't think the players have any bias?  Everyone does.  So these votes are always skewed a little bit.  There's no getting around it entirely.

If the sleet and ice melts enough for me to get up my road, it should be a cornucopia of horny divorcees wearing their ex's team colors.

My Frommer's guide book says to look for empty martini glasses and seafood tower appetizers with only the oysters missing.

That is one of the greatest plays in Eagles history? Wow, not much of a history I guess.

Where did the Eagles end up that season? At home watching the Super Bowl, same as 30 other teams.

Dude go away. You're 54 and you spend your time trolling other teams boards. Don't you have grandkids or at least a dog to play with or something? Try fly fishing. Or maybe cheese making? This is sad and pathetic..

His salary is increasing from $500,000 to $18.875M.

Not how I read it. 18.375 to 18.875.

Besides, 500k would be below minimum salary for even a rookie, let alone a vet like Mailata.
