There's absolutely nothing better than a dialed in, frenzied Flyers crowd.

That game was amazing tonight

Yeah laptops are hella useful for stuff like this. Wish I could do that with the stuff hooked up to that TV.  Neither Roku or PS5 have a web browser function.  Laptop would work but sadly I don't own one.

Do you have an iphone? You could use mirror function and it will show on your tv. I do that sometimes when I watch long videos on youtube.

I predicted that game 31-13 Ravens so that was much closer.  1-1 for the playoffs now

Mine's an Android, but someone mentioned another app that could possibly do it

Nelson Agholor is yet another player whos strength is winning. As many playoff wins as Jalen Hurts. What an incredible player. Should be any teams #1 WR.

You may not need third party apps just a smart tv. And if you have an adapter for phone an hdmi hookup

Great HCs need great QBs.  Great QBs need great HCs.    Take the great QB away from the great HC, and you get mediocrity.  Take the great HC away from the great QB... well, no one does that when you have both.  You ride the great HC with the great QB.

Not easy to parse blame between Tomlin and their GM. But there's been an organizational commitment to mediocrity. The closest they've come to a big swing at QB was sitting pat and drafting Pickett in the 1st. He's hired pathetic, milquetoast OCs. They have no stars under, what, 30?

And they just gave up 299 rushing yards in a playoff game. Tough, physical, smashmouth football - where?

Ive been learning more about football lately thanks to AI.

As many wins in only twice the amount of seasons.

Clearly there will be a substantial amount of posters here rooting for the Eagles to lose so they can feel justified in their hate of Jalen Hurts.

Did anyone complain that the game was only available on a paid streaming service?

As opposed to how much cable costs these days, are you kidding me?

2024 Philadelphia Eagles "Road to Victory"

The QB position has a larger impact on winning and losing than any other position in the sport of football.  This is why you cannot point to me a great QB who had a losing record for their career.  They don't exist.

Impact on winning … absolutely.  Produces a win all by himself … absolutely not.  Winning is a team result, not an individual result, and each team is the sum of its parts.

But I will humor you and the term "larger impact.”  There are 22 (really 25) positions on a football team.  Using 25 because the math is easier, an "equal impact” scenario would have each of those 25 positions having a 4% impact.  "Larger impact” can be any percentage over 4%.  What percentage impact do you think the QB typically has?

After you have cogitated on that question, here’s another one for you … who was the more impactful player, Jalen Hurts or Reggie White?  Or alternatively Jalen Hurts or Brian Dawkins?  Or in this season Jalen Hurts or Saquon Barkley?

My monthly cable bill is $0. And my Amazon Prime account paid me over $600 last year while only charging me $180.  Bottom-line they paid me to watch tonight rather than me paying them.

Yesterday someone referred to that as Ethiopian Hoarding.

And that pick they used for Jackson i believe was from the Eagles

It was

When the Ravens moved up 20 spots to get Jackson in 2018, Baltimore sent three picks to the Eagles -- a second-rounder (No. 52 overall) and fourth-rounder (No. 125) in 2018 and a 2019 second-round pick -- in exchange for the Eagles' first-round pick (No. 32) and fourth-rounder

There are some things plaguing the quality of the product overall. But I really mean the quality of the teams. Recent playoffs feel cheap. Every year it feels like the eagles can potentially capitalize on a weak NFL. Like, there are only a few tough teams each year. Often none truly elite and completely well rounded. Always some kind of weakness to exploit. An injury here and there to those contenders, maybe a lucky path through playoffs so you can avoid 1 or 2 teams in the bracket, and you can sneak your way to a super bowl.

Its still tough and unlikely. But it often feels like a possibility.

This years playoffs are full of teams that dont scare us.

Welcome to the Salary Cap NFL together with the parity inducing reverse of the standings Draft order.

I’m assuming you purchase a lot on Amazon and use their prime credit card with 5% cash back amazon/whole foods to come up with $600 figure .

If not then what is the $600 from?

He is kind of an incomplete picture right now. Because his first couple seasons in the league, he had Anthony Lynn, who wasn’t a very good coach. And then Stanley, who was a god-awful coach.

Coaching changes are only allowed as a Hurtscuse.

Nice try.
