I wonder if/hope Shady has reached out to Barkley about the type of cleats he used in the snow and just general strategy woth cutting and all that in snow conditions.  McCoy had at least 3 great snow games, one here and two in Buffalo.

IMO, the most optimistic view on Jayden is that he's already 24 (less room to grow) and he's so skinny/takes a ton of hits.
