I could still see him being outside in a base set then coming inside on nickle packages which will be 80% of the time. I also don’t think Ringo should be an answer to any question

I agree too... but did the ref actually ask him if he wanted the penalty or not?  Also, the Rams did that earlier.   The Eagles got a penalty, and it was announced it would be 1st down, then they reset the ball and made it 2nd down because the Rams declined it.

He’s an accurate QB when he throws in rhythm. He’s below average when he need to go through the progressions under pressure.
