How about the run? Chris Long was saying they exposed him playing.

Didn’t provide that but have this

Come on TEW, lets get real

Washington - Daniels is better
Dallas - Dak is not
Giants - ??? is not
Bucs - Mayfield is better
Falcons - Pennix is not
Saints - ??? is not
Panthers - Young is not
Lions - Goff arguably is better
Vikings - Darnold is not
Packers - Love is a push with Hurts
Bears - Williams is not
Rams - Stafford is better
Seahawks - Smith is a push with Hurts
Cardinals - Murray is not
Niners - Purdy is not

So in the NFC 4 QBs are better, 2 are a push, and 9 are not better.

Buffalo - Allen is
Miami - Tua is a push with Hurts
Jets - Rodgers no longer is
Pats - Maye arguably is
Texans - Stroud arguably is
Colts - Richardson definitely is not
Titans - ??? Is not
Jaguars - Lawrence arguably is not
Ravens - Jackson definitely is
Steelers - Wilson arguably is not
Bengals - Burrow definitely is
Browns -  ??? Definitely is not
Chiefs - Mahomes definitely is
Chargers - Herbert is
Broncos - Nix arguably is
Raiders - ??? is not

So AFC has 7 that are better, 1 that is a push, and 4 that are not better

Grand Total 11 are better, 3 are a push, and 13 are not better

I'm curious what stats make Hurts better than Dak?

What’s ekeler’s over/under on receiving yards when he was healthy in the first matchup they targeted him 9 times and he had 8 for 89.

I'm glad Burks forced Williams inside on that first play, because if he's able to bounce that outside of Kupp's seal, sure looks like there's a ton of space for him to work with. Second one is just good zone blocking more than anything Burks did wrong. I also think he benefitted from the conditions (LBs generally do against shiftier backs who struggle to make sharp cuts.

Yeah, that much has been obvious for a while, bud.

Did you ever post who was calling Hurts a scumbag and wished he got injured? You went missing when people were asking

25, but we did just hold Kyren to -1 yd on 1 catch so who knows what we'll see on Sunday, but if I had to bet, I'd take the Over.

Hurts gets called a scumbag on a weekly basis, dude.

I think Hurts’ arm strength is satisfactory. The issue is, and always has been, his processing abilities or lack there of. It’s one read and then run or freeze.

his pocket awareness was poor.  He was sacked on 25% of his drop backs.  It's just an unacceptable performance.  I am not worried about the yardage. If he didn't have the safety, I would be less concerned but the safety was one of the worst plays I have seen.

Carson Wentz has a good arm, but 10 cent brain. Even Carson Strong has above average arm strength. Hey, they both suck! Hurts is good enough. Even if he's not at 2022 level. Has a better defense, especially the secondary. And a better running game with a mammoth offensive line. Just need him mobile enough to not be a sculpture out there.

I would say playoff wins and without looking at it, I'm confident Hurts has more wins against better teams.

Dak always seems to benefit from blowing out terrible teams and collecting garbage stats when the game is out of reach against better opponents.

Let's be honest about the Rams game. The Eagles beat a good Rams team who outside of 3 big TD runs, kind of shut the Eagles down. The Eagles lived by the big play on offense, and clutch plays on defense.

On offense, they gave up 7 sacks, went 0-2 in the RZ, missed 2 XP and gave up a safety. 4 points given away by the offense.

They ran 63 plays.

-3 TD runs totaled 184 yards.

-the other 60 plays netted162 yards, averaging 2.7 yards per play.

-Saquon also only averaged 2.7 ypc on the non TD runs. 24 carries for 65 yards.

On defense, they were outgained by the Rams by 50 yards, gave up 300 yards passing, 100 yards rushing and nearly a 100 yard WR. However, the Eagles forced 2 fumbles and made the big plays when it mattered.

I'd say overall, the Eagles played a C+ game in crappy weather and still came away with the win.

The Redskins are not as good as the Rams. The field and weather will be night and day compared to the Rams game. If Jalen Hurts is good to go and the Eagles play just B level football, they should have no problem winning this game.

DVOA makes adjustments for context … strength of opposition, etc.  While everything you have said is true, and the C+ rating is reasonable in a vacuum, does it change at all when you include the context of the weather conditions?

I think people way over blow the Kenny Picket game in DC and that it’ll look more like the first meeting at the Linc. Eagles are better almost everywhere.

They definitely have to have a plan for Daniels legs though.

I think it will be a completely different game than either. The first game was a short week and Daniels had busted ribs. He was pretty clearly playing in pain. The second game Hurts got knocked out early. Without knowing how serious Hurts knee is, both QBs should be playing the whole game. Both teams should have a good feel about what the other wants to do. My few concerns is our offense is very simplistic. Eagles can still succeed but it will be just doing what they want very well instead of tricking or confusing the Commanders. On defense, Fangio seems to have a little trouble with mobile QBs. I have faith he can make adjustments. On the same hand, Washington seen his defense twice and did much better the second time. Weird game for sure but they found offensive success.

I would say it's almost a push between them. Dak is the better pure QB/passer but Jalen is the better runner and leader, so push.

Had a feeling it would be playoff wins since Dak has a bunch of better player stats

No individual stats.  Bottom-line results.  I look at Dak’s stats and see "empty calories.”

We have a winning QB because we have Saquan. You silly goose

Found one of the weirdos.

A bit off topic…

Listening to Baltimore sports radio and of course every one is upset over the Ravens inability to get it done in the playoffs. Specifically, Lamar.

What no one has mentioned is that they lost that game in the regular season when they lost to teams like the Raiders and Browns. If they win just one of those games, they’re hosting the Bills and I’d bet the Ravens would have won.

Home field is so important, especially when you’re going against an elite QB like Allen. Only one team has won on the road this post season.

Shane Haff is lighting up Moore on twitter right now

I thought about push, but if I had to choose between what they bring to the table, I choose Hurts at least 8 times out of 10.

For some reason I'm surprised and didn't think about him joining Jets

Yeah, without question… I’m not sure why anybody would take Dak over Hurts just from a mental aspect.  I was a ecstatic when the Cowboys gave him that second big contract.
