I think Mahomes screwed up his little sweetheart status by playing up the sideline late hit flop.  He embarrassed the referees by doing that after already getting the call a couple times.

The NFL wouldn't give a ish and theyd keep giving him calls if he didn't make a mockery of the whole thing on a national stage.  I think you're going to see that stuff come to an end, hopefully.

You can't have flopping in the NFL where players openly employ a strategy of trying to game the refs, it just doesn't jibe like in basketball or soccer.

It’s become more apparent that they get the benefit of calls. I think people have talked about it for a while now, but it seems to be more glaring now, out in the public, and people are posting stats that back it up. I don’t know if it’s a conspiracy to help them win more games, but it’s definitely a "Jordan Rules” scenario. I’d expect the officials to be more aware of flopping situations.

This all gets solved if they allow 15 yard penalties to be reviewable though. They already review scoring and turnover plays so they might as well do it for roughing the passer. They are drive-extending, game-changing calls and the way kickers can easily hit from 55 yards now (not including our kicker), it’s basically a penalty that leads to points.

I've said it before and I'll say it a thousand times, I would love for one player to just say F it. Take the fine, take the suspension. Put mahomes into another Fing planet when he does that fairy dance on the sidelines. Sean Taylor vs Brian Moorman in the pro bowl. That dude needs to have his soul taken and the fear of God instilled

This should get everyone FIRED UP!

I'm seeing a lot of videos talking about the concepts and how nobody was open.

I get KM has his own system, but most of the offense was here 2 years ago when people being open wasn't an issue and Hurts did well.

Why the hell can't he dive into that playbook and concepts to get things going? Most of them should still be familiar with them. Pull a few of them out Sunday.

Also strange that he had top 10 offenses in Dallas and LA and no one was saying his scheme sucked until he came here

None of it makes sense.

It will stop when someone intentionally stretch(er)s him or it happens by accident. More likely on the late slide BS and a knee or elbow puts his head into the ground.  He is gaming the system and the refs have facilitated it to boot.

I really, truly do not root for injuries, except to Clowney, but I can't say I'd be sorry if he got crushed and missed the rest of a game.

Some of it is on him for gaming it and some is on the League (way more its fault), because that is nuts stat wise.  And WE ALL SEE IT.  Even casual fans see it.  The NFL should be appalled that it is coming off looking like the WWE.

Not true. Cowboys fans hated him. Said he had no creativity. They were glad when he was gone. Not saying that is reality. They had a great offense with the Cowboys. Just saying that’s what Cowboy fans were saying.

Chargers fans were also not so upset when he left. I like him as an OC but he certainly wasn’t universally loved by fans on the other teams.

Blankenship is due for a diving interception.

Check out Herbert's numbers his one season with Moore compared to Herbert's other 4 seasons without him.

I wasn’t talking about Moore’s actual production. The post was about perception. They said no one complained. They definitely complained.

If you believe this statement, you were not an Eagles fan 20 years ago.

McNabb would be getting it worse than Hurts, easily….

Maybe KM doesn't trust Hurts to throw the ball...

That was a great game! As a Packers fan thank you guys forever for that one.

You're welcome.  I did have a lot to do with that outcome.  Right before Robinson's pick 6, I got up to go to the can... and came back and sat in a different seat.  From that point on... rout.  And so, of course, that was also the seat for the SB 2 weeks later.

He's playing with fire. Trevor Lawrence vs. Texans comes immediately to mind. One of these days, his little late pull up is going to leave him exposed to a life changing injury.

It doesn't jibe in basketball or soccer either.   Its pretty gross across the board, but a QB doing it is just worse, because, in general, they are already overly protected (selectively).

You do know he was literally fired in Dallas, right? I'd say that counts for at least one person saying he sucked.

Ehh I don't know about that. There were a lot of people that complained that they did not run the ball enough.
