People make this mistake every year either thinking the schedule is too easy or too hard.  In reality, so much changes year to year in the league that you can only really assess a couple of the games with any certainty.

The schedule next year is absolutely brutal.  And the physical/emotional toll of losing the SB has proven to be very, very bad for innumerable outstanding teams.

What I’m saying is…don’t lose the freaking Super Bowl.  Next year is not guaranteed and figures to be some tough sledding…and for whatever reason, it’s going to be much tougher if they lose in the SB than in the NFCCG.

So don’t lose.

We all thought this year's schedule would be brutal too.

I was as pumped for Nolan as I was for Carter. Obviously he is taking longer to grow into the NFL, but he's an extremely smart player and the light has turned on for him. Makes me feel much better about our rotation next year, but still want to see another day 1 guy added to the EDGE.
