Yup… just got back to my motel from the game. I can only describe it as a great event. Walking on the sidewalk to game was nothing but Eagles fans…inside was joyous and raucous. Sofi is an incredible facility to see a game. The Rams fans were pretty much cleared early in the 4th quarter… Eagles fans stood up and waved as they left in droves.

I didn't know this but I was already thinking it would probably be a good idea and not hurt much to just take next week as a bye for the starts.

You don't really need to play a physical Baltimore game.

I hope that is sarcasm...because that is the softest ish I have ever read.  🤣

Gorgeous stadium. Went 2 years ago (rando game Rams and ?).

I got SO high on the LONG walk from where we parked, I couldn't feel my feet.

Huge place.  It was like walking to the Emerald City.  So huge.  No matter what you think when you read that, it is bigger. Huge.

Also, even though I am mostly a pescatarian, I got the biggest chicken burrito at the half. I carried it like a baby up the stairs of insanity (we had the highest level tiks).

Good times. Good times.

Give me Justin Houston and some French fries.

Preferably the fries first.

I'm many drinks in, and the hooker won't be here until 3:30 AM.

Was advised to get rid of this Eagles boner after 4 hours.

If the Falcons win out, they'd beat us on head-to-head tie-break, no?

The Falcons would have lost to the Commanders in this scenario.

Dickerson had one less game

To have an unasterisked record Saquon would need to average 169.5 in the remaining six games ... very doable.

22: 10-1

23: 10-1

24: 9-2

This is very difficult to do for any team.   It's wild the Birds are a Saquon catch away from being 10-1 for three straight seasons.  Crazy.  Now finish strong and bring it home.

Very dominant performance and win last night. Actually had this penciled in as a most likely loss, especially with D. Smith out and the Rams O being mostly healthy.
MVP performance by Saquan B. and our Oline. Pure domination.

Hurts also played really well IMO and made some clutch throws. Only took that one bad sack, but made plays that sustained drives.
Brown is such a beast and showed it again last night.

I still cannot believe how good this defense has played for most of the year. Never would’ve thought it was possible, so I’ll admit that I was wrong about Fangio and his defense (to this point). The young guys are really balling and have made this D significantly better.

The lone downside was the loss of B. Graham. He will be remembered as an all time Eagle. He’s been an all star character his entire time here.

Keep the momentum going!!🦅 🏈

This one feels as good this morning as it did last night.

well losing BG is terrible.  the defense will have to rally.  I feel with the improvement to the secondary and them getting better each week the defense will manage.  This is a no doubt about it Super Bowl team.  it will be up to the coaches to keep these guys leveled they are going to start getting a lot of hype,   And if the offense can keep up this balanced attack and if all we need from hurts is just efficiency then no one can stop us.  If we need hurts to carry us I start to get worried.

Thats absurdly high man

Some names that I'm seeing currently available at EDGE...

Rasheem Green, Frank Clark, Randy Gregory, Shaq Lawson, Melvin Ingram, Justin Houston.

I'd be totally fine force feeding the younger guys more reps.

I’d work them all out and see who is in the best shape. We just need a body to set the edge and provide a productive 20-25 snaps per game.

Clark would probably be my choice. houston would make sense too

Yeah, I don’t want him to get enough carries to hit that mark either.

I'm tempted to say Gregory but we've never had much luck with NFC East rentals.

If he can reel off a 70 or 80 yarder untouched each game, he gets there easy. . He did it twice last night!

I am willing to discount Hurts' sub-optimal passing output because I believe that he is being super cautious about turnovers.

Turnovers seem to be the only thing that could stop this team.  (We saw tonight how this team can overcome suspect officiating.)

They also dial up a lot of long routes, and he's learned to just throw the ball away when the play isn't there, had 3 or 4 of those throws last night.

That hurts your stats but helps your team.

Yes Jalen's stats don't look as eye-popping this year in the passing game because Saquon is destroying it out there.  Jalen is managing the game, not turning the ball over, making the throws he has too.  What I've noticed is he's thrown the ball out of bounds a lot this year.   He will not force a bad throw for the sake of it.  Look we are a run dominate team with the power to kill you on big plays through the air.   Jalen will have to to air it out at some point and he will.  Looking at his stat line today is more about Saquon literally running away with MVP now.  Ironically last year against the Rams he had 300 yards through the air.

I’ve rewatched the two Saquon runs at least a dozen times now. By the 4th quarter, Saquon and this oline has taken the other team’s energy, taken their damn dignity and pride. Saquon breezed through untouched…twice. In my opinion, he’s is the front runner for MVP and it shouldn’t be close right now.

Cool moment after the game when Hurts signed his green cleats and gave them to Alshon Jeffrey.

Love that SB LII jacket Alshon was wearing.
