Skip the Hershey's and head down to Cape May and the Cape May Peanut Butter Company. Their all natural PB filled PB cups are unreal. They even make a 5 pounder. They have a dark chocolate with butterscotch peanut butter than will change your life.

I've had them I love them. But I was obviously kidding about the stuff your cup, that thing looks like an abomination and I'm getting diabetes just looking at it. Two bites of that thing and I'd get awful nausea, once you hit a certain age you just can't tolerate sweets much anymore. Only in small portions. When you're a kid you could eat Reese Cups all day. Now, at 4 of them and I'm starting to feel like I want to throw up.

This illustrates quite a talent gap between the two teams.

Should have Carter and Baun higher than Hurts

Daniels is also overrated.

I'm not sure that I can express this properly. It's possible it's going to come out all wrong, and that's definitely not my intention.

But there is just something "different" about this championship game than there was before '80, '04, and '17. Oh, for sure I'll be rooting as hard tomorrow as I was back then. But the fact that we have already won the Super Bowl reduces the anxiety level. Back then there was always the sense of "Please God, let me win a Super Bowl before I die! Just let me get to see it once!" But now that we've already won one, that sensation is out the window.

I dunno. Maybe the older guys (like me) can appreciate what I'm saying.

Good night. Let's hope I'm in a great mood 24 hours from now. Carry on.

Yes sir!  Definitely different since that first Superbowl win.  Felt the same way as you...would die a happy man if I just saw the Eagles win it once.  Now, it feels like cherry on top.

But I do want this one more than ever because I believe this is one of, if not, the best Eagles teams ever assembled and for all the talk and criticism that he receives (crucify me EMB lol) I believe in Jalen Hurts.  Always have.  Dude is just a winner and I happen to like winning.

Let's f'n do this!!  Come out foaming at the mouth because we want it more than anybody else!!

Agree completely. And while my heart was going like a trip hammer last week, I was even ok-ish when we lost to KC, albeit still pissed about the lack of a defense in the second half.

All because of 52.

In '17 I was one of the early ones that was confident Nick could get it done.  I was at the Rams game and the pressure I could feel sitting in the end zone (where we made the kick) was so intense, I figured if Nick could weather that, he could do the whole thing.  Why'd I bring that up?

Because I have been on Eagles over Bufalo since the last 3rd of the season. I feel it. I see it.  I also think we have a stellar game tomorrow and it is never in doubt.

oh yeah! the mystery flavor white ones! Man.. to get more than 2 of those in your pack in elementary school was like motor boating pamela anderson and carmen electra and jenny mccarthy.

Man, I gotta get me some of those, somehow, someway, cause I'm a motorboatin' son of a ****.

I can't even sleep I'm so amped up for the game

No Payne for Washington so that just made the gap in the trenches a little bigger.

Oh 1000% I'm with you on this one. I'm not old enough to have experienced '80 but as for the others, there was just this praying that it would happen - just once before I die! Same as you. The anxiety was definitely lower in '22 both at the NFCCG and the SB. The haunting of that loss still hurts (and I blame the wet field more than anything that our historic pass rush couldn't get to Mahomes), but more because it is recent I think.

The loss in '04 hurt so much because it felt like we missed our chance after all those NFCCG losses and knowing how fleeting it was to be contending and the years after where we just couldn't get back there (TO going AWOL played a big part in that) - the idea of playing in 2 SBs in the span of 3 years is mind blowing to the little kid in me who was used to the birds sucking, and the young adult who was used to them breaking my heart and not getting there at all.

So let's go beat the cr*p out of those commies and get there!!

Sirianni should be making a point of this to the NFL and asking them to keep an eye on luvu. it’s pretty bad that a player can potentially injured someone with an illegal hit, get no flag, but stay in the game and potentially help his team cheat their way to victory. Needs addressing

He might win defensive player of the year.  He's going to end up being able to land the biggest contract in NFL history for a linebacker hitting FA after this season.  You think Howie is going to hand that out?

Good LB play is crucial in Fangio's defense. Yes. Did you think Howie would draft back to back CB in the first 2 rounds? Philosophies change

CB has been a position that Roseman has placed value on.
