Newest Eagles fan came this morning at 4am…I’m tired AF.  I’ll make sure to post some photos this weekend of her in her baby Eagles gear!  Despite my sleep deprived wishes, she is not named Saquon and

So how many are selected for the Pro Bowl?

Hurts, Brown, Johnson, Barkley, Carter, and Baun (yes, Baun) are locks, IMO.  Mitchell should as well, but it's tricky with rookies.

Smith, Jurgens, and Dickerson are playing at that level.  Mailata and Goedert are as talented, but injuries will keep them out.

DeJean, Slay, Dean, Blankenship, and Becton are all playing well, but not Pro Bowl well.

That's 17 names.

Obvious answer is none because they will be playing the following Sunday.

Hi, I'm Know Life. You might remember me from such threads as EMB Blog: 2024 Regular Season (Part 1) and Max - DC’s The Penguin. I'm here today to give you the skinny on shoplifting, thereby completing my plea bargain with the good people at Foot Locker of Beverly Hills.

17 out of 22 ... who is missing?

Only one on Offense ... that would be either the WR3 or TE2 who starts week by week

On Defense we have both Edge starters and DT2 and CJGJ

Hmmmmmmmm

The young DBs are playing well.  Brinkenship, DeJean, Michell will be the foundation for seasons to come.  CIGJ, Slay, Maddox aren't shining as bright as seasons past.

I would certainly add Blankenship to your list of young DBs playing well.  And I wouldn't go to sleep on Rodgers either.

I’m enjoying this season much more than last season even though we were 10-0.

seems a more complete team and I’m loving watching Barkley and this defence

Amen to that!

Hurts is a lock because of the offense he’s in…but his play and numbers put him right around 3rd or 4th in the conference as far as QBs go.

Smith and Jurgens probably won’t make it.  Dickerson probably does; he’s made the last 2.

3rd or 4th to who in the conference?  He's the beat QB in the NFC

I would say Dickerson is a lock.

Jurgens doesn’t deserve it…yet. Ragnow is better.

Yup. Different tiers.

Offense: Lane Johnson, AJ Brown, Saquon Barkley
Defense: Jalen Carter, Zack Baun, Quinyon Mitchell

4 CBs make it, so I think he can be CB4 before Jaylon Johnson, Carlton Davis and AJ Terrell. Rest are obvious choices. I don't think anyone else has been in the elite tier this year.

Mitchell clearly deserves it, but his rookie status makes him a snub candidate.  Ditto Baun coming out of obscurity. I certainly want him to get the honor, but he’ll be marginally cheaper in the offseason without it…

I blame this new thread if the season goes down the **** from here on out
