That's fine but the media commonly use W/L for QBs, yet some here get mad when a few people point to Hurts wins. If Hurts had a losing record it would be posted here constantly by people criticizing him.

The media does that because they need to keep things simple for casuals and fans whose eyes glaze over when you start talking about ypa, TD:INT ratio, offensive success rate, etc.

I get it but Howie still made him the highest paid NFL player in history at one point. "Giants, Cowboys and Jaguars made dumb QB decisions too so it’s fine” isn’t a bed I would want to lay in.

He was paid based on 2022 and how much better Howie expected him to be now. I think it’s fair to question the commitment and the results.

I never said "it's fine" I said let go of bringing it up constantly because a lot of QB contracts are ridiculous. Just an opinion that it's a tired point.

I can’t picture BG playing 3-D chess with this

but hopefully it works regardless

Hurts has to do better in the passing game, and has to feed his star players. There needs to be balance though. Don't overcorrect and force feed AJ.

But I'm old enough to remember fans here complaining he passed to AJ Brown too much, then complain he's not getting it enough. They need balance.

Nobody is getting it enough.

I challenge you to find a crispier route ever run.

Sure. I'm just saying don't overcorrect by throwing only to AJ. Feed all the stars, have balance.

The number of fans complaining about his play is becoming larger and more vocal. You realize this truth when you attend a game.

The media is beginning to go in on him more and more. They doubted him first. They anointed him in 2022, rightfully so. Then they remained mostly silent as he regressed last year, and now they are no longer able to ignore it this year.

The blind supporters like we see in this thread have become a small and extremely ignorant minority.

Most of the most extreme negativity is an equal opposite response to their ridiculousness. Some is embellished for the purpose of satire in here. On that token though, the negative extremes are closer to the truth than the positive extreme. Its pretty much undeniable at this point, though we know the select few who will keep trying to paint the realists as bad guys. There are a lot of very rational negative posts that the select few are just completely unwilling to entertain.

A poster in another thread saud this is not Hurts problem to fix its a Moore problem because he isn't using all his weapons... I haven't really seen that take anywhere else on here and it doesn't make sense to me. Considering the way Jalen is playing i dont know how this could be a Moore problem..

he’s the offensive coordinator and the passing game often sucks. How is it not his problem?

AJ was always bound to get at least somewhat frustrated. On at least 20 other teams he’d be the best player on offense. Here he’s clearly number 2 and number 3 isn’t exactly far off. Smith is probably more like 2.5.

There’s always going to be a part of him that believes Barkley diminishes his value. Look at how much more noticeable he became when he left Henry.

Prayers for Randy moss.

It’s Moore’s problem just like it’s my problem.  It’s not, however, a problem of my making nor his.  It’s up to the guy holding the ball in his hands on every play to distribute the ball.  No one else can do it for him.

Hoping for the best for him.

The man is such a legend. On and off the field.

If his liver is defunct, there is no hope for a bum alcoholic like me.

"Players, formations, plays”… I think the coaches are doing their bit to get AJ the ball.

I would take that as a compliment coming from you.   There’s 15 teams in his conference.

Likely top 10

I just always forget how myopic people can be.

Having consistently in your career, whether it is a quarterback of an NFL team or a professional paper stapler, is important for you to succeed. If your boss is turning over multiple times and the message changes every single time, it makes it extremely difficult to do your job.

First,  you ignored how he has consistently through every OC he has had struggled to see the field. This is nothing new so stop.

Second, he is making 50+ million a year as a QB with a top 3 OL, top 3 WR duo, and the top RB in the league. This well his coordinator changed so he can't make simple throws or see wide open number 1 WR with bright pink shoes is ridiculous.

The excuses have run out.

As of now the Rams, Lions, Vikings, Bucs, and Packers, and Cowboys when Dak is healthy have better QBs.

AFC the Chiefs, Bills, Bengals, Dolphins, Chargers, and Ravens do. I'd still take CJ over him and Daniels seems better as well.

Hell, Young just outplayed him facing the number one defense in the league.
