It is truly amazing how some teams are always in this race.  Jacksonville, Cleveland, Raiders, Jets, Carolina... Even the Giants have been there as much as they haven't seemingly.

The only good thing to come from that was they made it a rule that you have to control the ball through the catch and contact with the ground now. Gotta make the rules as black and white as possible for officials, leave interpretation out of as much as possible.
