That’s more due to the diversity of factions in Philly, or anywhere else, than individually fickle fans. 
 

There is a group that wants to run Barkley into the ground and have him dig a hole to China.  Any carry that goes to Gainwell for below Barkley’s average, they complain.  They aren’t the ones clamoring for rest.

And then there is the rest group.  They are the ones that will pounce if Barkley gets dinged.  

I agree it’s a cacophony, but I don’t think anyone is talking out of 2 sides of their mouth.

I wish we'd pass more so we can give Gainwell less touches, and can give AJ more targets. More deep shots.

I think the deep shots are actually there.  It’s the crossing routes and intermediate stuff we are missing.  

We utilize a short passing game where the ball doesn’t reach the sticks and a deep passing game (exclusively along the sidelines).  It’s everything else that’s missing.  

Id have to imagine an honest target and completion heat map for this offense looks like a U.

This was true, but those deep shots have basically been gone since the Cowboys game. 

Hurts is the best deep ball thrower in the league, but teams are playing off/2-high AND he's playing conservative so we're not taking shots.
