Still need them both to lose 1 game though, if the Vikings don't lose at least 1 by that game against the Lions it won't matter if they win or lose it (assuming both teams haven't lost another game between now and then) because the winner gets the 1 seed, strength of victory tiebreaker isn't going to go to the Eagles after they close out the season against the Cowboys and Giants

why are the bears so mediocre

If the Vikings and lions don’t lose before that meeting then the game doesn’t matter to us. The winner of that game would be the 1 seed. However if the Vikings lose to bears or packers it essentially eliminates the Vikings winning the north unless the lions lose to the bears (or next two games) cause a tiebreaker would go to lions as they’d be at worse 5-1 in the divisional and Vikings would be 4-2 at best. Really the scenario that makes that week 18 game meaningful to both teams is if Minnesota goes 3-0 next 3 weeks and lions lose to bears or niners which makes a lions win for the division but 2 seed or Vikings win they get the 1 seed

Never seen the Vikes with white helmets before. Cool look, IMO.

Beating Washington is really the only game that matters. It would be a good idea to make sure Washington doesn't get the 6 seed over the Packers. Rookie QB on the road is what you want in a 2/7 matchup.
