Im at the point where I believe, with ZERO sarcasm, you could give an Orangutan an 8 ball and run that franchise better.

A team has absorbed money on Brock Osweiler. Howie himself quickly rid his team of Byron Maxwell, Kiko Alonso and Demarco Murray all in one offseason after one year that Chip acquired 2 of the 3 on big money deals. Why doubt he couldn’t or wouldn’t do it again?

Time will tell.

Yeah that was the thing with so many of the Hurts debates during the season. So many of the arguments against him were just over the top and ridiculous.

"He can't make all the throws."

"He was a weak arm, when's the last time he made a throw on a rope?"

"He can't beat the blitz."

"He can't throw on the run."

etc

All of it was demonstrably false and easily refuted. A lot of those lazy arguments never seemed to stop until after the NFCCG when it became obvious what was about to happen.

someone is going to totally revamp their passing game and get 2-3 of these guys

Washington grabbing one on an attempt to do so is a lock.

Deebo isn’t that piece IMO

They still make the limited edition leather bound one?

Irsay on some strong crap this offseason

Not that I am aware of. This is just a magazine. It’s a little higher quality than the old weekly SI you could subscribe to. That’s what the Foles one was. This one has a squared off spine rather than the stapled spine, if that makes sense.

Feels like Steichen's last season there. If Patullo doesnt work out......

It’s starting to feel like nearly a lock that Howie trades up to 25 or 27 to get his preferred DL and stick it to WAS, DET, and possibly LAR all at the same time.

Yeah, I’m convinced that’s happening.

Maybe if someone falls they would. But remember listening to an interview with Daniel Jeremiah saying picks like 18-55 this year are all graded closely. I wouldn’t be shocked if we did like 2018 where we trade back from 32 and get a 2nd rounder and some more picks or future picks

Commies regression next season will be historic. Under .500.

Didn’t they win like 9 close one-score games, and some very late?  Yeah that’s not exactly sustainable. It does not mean they can’t improve, but it does not necessarily mean they’ll have a better record.  I can still see them winning 10, but I highly doubt they get to 12 again.

They over achieved on multiple levels last year. The close games you talked about and multiple aging vets over producing I don’t see that happing as much this coming year. Without looking they should also have a harder schedule after finishing 2nd in the division.

The whole NFC East has a BRUTAL schedule...but I'd like to understand how the f we play the Chiefs, Chargers, Bucs (as f'ing always), Green Bay, Vikings and Bills AWAY!?!?!?  And yay, we get the Bears, Broncos and Raiders at home.  That being said, the Commanders have almost the same schedule except the Dolphins on the Road instead of Buffalo and a couple others....but yeah.....Eagles may not get the #1 seed or even #2 but the division might be won with 10-7 record, I think 11-6 absolutely secures the NFC East in '25.

The problem is the NFC East gets the AFC West and NFC Central this year.....

For who if you had to guess?   I'm on the Campbell bandwagon right now.   Assuming he can be an edge. I think he's a player that Vic would really utilize.

I complained about that.  Then someone pointed out to me it's a formula it's already decided.  Detroit and Green Bay also have tough schedules they play the AFC North. The one seed isn't unrealistic.

Yeah probably me.  It's all a formula of which division you play each year and the variances are that first place teams play other first place teams in some cases but it's all set in stone.  The way the NFL can mess with you is when the games are played and if you play teams after they have a bye etc.  That stuff isn't by formula.

So Sea and Sf need WR picks

going to be really annoying if SF gets Golden or Egbuka

I never really have a problem not rooting for players once they aren't Eagles.  I can still like them but I generally don't root for success of players outside the team

Not him for Eagles but the DE market is filling up with mediocre options.  Maybe one of them falls through cracks and is available for reasonable deal to Eagles
