I have never hated a sports commissioner as much as I hate this rat ****.

It seems like the 6ers injuries are legit, so I hope they do investigate. And I hope Brooklyn it stripped of its pick because theyve blown multiple huge leads to lose lately.

Am I the only one who watched Cooper Kupp, Aaron Rodgers and DeAndre Hopkins play last year and saw that they aren’t good players anymore?

I think Kupp still Produces when he isn't injured.  Problem is he gets injured a lot.

Meh, Fred can go.  He isn't that good.

Fred is plenty good as the primary backup.  Unless Howie drafts Charles Grant or Anthony Belton who both could start out as developmental but later in the season expand to be the primary backup OT.

Don't agree, he is a horrible in pass pro.

He was good in pass pro when he had a week of practice/preparation, but not so good when he had to come in mid game as the relief pitcher

Fred was a good backup. Would like to have him back at a reasonable price but not too much

Its really simple with the Sixers...

If you are feeling upset about the changes to the team, I suggest an exercise you can take.

Oh No! My Eagles are not as good as last year.!

The ________ ________ will catch up to them because

Then list out the reasons.

I'll go first with Detroit.

At the end of the day, their QB is insignificant in big games. He is not that guy.

They were a dynamic offense based around a play calling wizard. He is gone.

They lost a very good CB. They brought in a different CB.

They get a bunch of injured dudes back and of course they will all be healthy this year.

Now DC:

Their QB is that guy (unless he is playing Philly)

The rest of their team is a bunch of 2011 Eagles Dream Team type randos.

I have only seen this much turnover and mercenary signings result in a SB once.

It was the 1994 49ers because they loaded up their defense to go along with a HoF level offense.

They could only do this by violating the Salary Cap on a technicality. The cap was a 2 year experiment that expired so they loaded up the money in year 3 and bought an All-Madden defense.

If you can't find that team that will clearly pass the Eagles then settle for them maybe being the 1973 Dolphins. No undefeated season but the last team standing anyway.

Fred Jonson 2024: 480 snaps, 238 pass block snaps, 8 sacks allowed, 5 more hits allowed. 37 pressures allowed, plus 4 total penalties.

2 of Fred's six starts were the Tampa debacle (No AJ, DeVonta, Lane... who else?) and the preseason week 18

Them not playing anyone of consequence in week 18 was the sports story of the nation that week.

They scored 28, 37, 28, and 34 in his other 4 starts. He's a low salary swing tackle. There are many worse, maybe all Chiefs OTs are worse.

Exactly,  low salary swing tackle because he isn't very good.  On the other hand, I have read that the Oline and other teammates really like him.  Culture guys during big changes are valuable.

You suck at this game.😉  You were supposed to list reasons the other teams could surpass the Eagles. You listed one reason per team and started tearing them up.

But I'm with you.  Still the most talented roster, the O is wildly talented, many of the key defenders are in place and we kept Vic.

Schedule will be tougher, new O coordinator, missing some good guys, but bring it on.  Barring injuries, I feel pretty good about the chance to repeat.

Thanks for LIX, Mekhi.
