Source: Pass rusher Azeez Ojulari is signing with the #Eagles on a one-year, $4M deal. Ojulari, who had 6.0 sacks last year, stays in NFC East with the Super Bowl champion.

Pro athletes' earnings potential is backwards when compared to everyone else in the country -- they make the most in their 20s and early 30s, but then they stop getting checks and have 50+ years they need to live. I hate the narrative some hold like … winning a championship in a game has very little actual impact compared to getting a max-ish contract. Immediately after the SB we had multiple players kind of saying the SB was that huge for them and ready to get back to work. No one should bash Milton for enjoying being extra paid over a championship

Board still lagging. Has been for days. Is this because @VaBeach_Eaglehas been archiving and updating?

Assumign this cancels out the 6th round comp pick but good move Howie.

Pass rush depth and secondary are my two key concerns. This helps address one area.

Safety will probably be next. Though that one they might wait until May to avoid surrendering comps. Ojulari was too important to wait on.

Its projecting a bit but if Ojulari shows his 1st round talent here and Uche shows his 11.5 sack ability, our edge rotation is already set, and it's going to be nasty.

I thought you were going to say it's going to be edgy.

Ojulari, Johnson, and Uche means the Eagles don't have to go into the draft totally desperate at Edge, though still obviously a big need, but not total desperation now.

Probably confirms BG won't be back though I think we all expected as much, but he still hasn't announced it yet.

I think this makes a Huff trade more likely too

Would be nice if we could get some of these young Bargain guys on some multi-year deals with options. 

If Ojulari can stay on the field this should be a pretty good signing. He's been hurt the past three years and missed multiple games every year. Maybe he'll have a reduced role to try to limit his snaps and keep him healthy.
