I can't speak to the Superbowl, but I was at the 2017 NFCC game. We sparked up the chant again whenever a vikings fan walked out. I would guess that's what's happening there too. With the chop being pointed at the poor KC fan walking away

I was sitting next to Vikings fan that glorious evening. When he walked out midway through the second half, he was literally crying. On one level I felt bad for the guy but on another, saner level, I kinda enjoyed it.

It started with them pounding their chests about how they were going to take over Philadelphia and ended with them crying like bishes..... I never gave the Vikings and their fans a second thought prior to that game but now I love to hate em.

We had a Vikings fan right in front of us who was talking a lot of crap before the game, about how nice their stadium is and how we're never going to see it because the Vikings are gonna blow us out etc etc. Dude left in the third and got a personal "Foles" chant on the way out

See... I would feel bad for them, just like I feel bad for Buffalo fans and Cleveland fans... BUT... as @paco points out, their fan base came in here not like loveable losers, but like conquerors waiting for the coronation. Of course, they were gifted the spot in the NFC CG that year, so they should have come in with some humility and some recognition that they were actually lucky to be there. Instead, they were all puffed up because their backup QB had started more games that season than our backup QB.... I guess. 🤷‍♂️. So, when they put their crap on the Rocky statue and talked all tough, all sympathy went out the window.
