I thought we should have stayed with Wentz, and I was wrong. Clowns like Orlovsky refuse to alter their opinions despite new information. They said Hurts couldn't win in 2020/2021, and they will never change that view.

In a world where Clowney doesn’t rearrange Wentz’s brain…there’s possibly a debate. Hurts has his chance to bury it this year.

Sunday Ticket wouldn't get you Netflix and Prime games.

The article is kind of misleading too. You don't need to pay for Netflix or Prime the entire football season.

I'm not sure who needs to see all the games anyway.

I watch the Eagles, and I'll watch other teams IF I happen to be home; I'll choose one game to watch in the 1pm window. The NFL is already on TV all day and evening Sunday, Monday night, Thursday night -- Saturdays come playoff time. In the rare event a game isn't televised that I'm truly interested in, I can listen to it on SiriusXM.

It's buried, bro

IMO wentz was great in 2019 the last month of the year. closest we saw back to 2017. But prior to that he was very up and down for the previous 3 months of the season. While i do think clowney’s cheap-shot did play a part in his downfall. I also think nick foles winning a title and becoming beloved really didn’t help him

Mentally. I’m not sure he fully ever got past that. Felt like end of 2019 he looked like he was beginning to emerge from that. But then drafting hurts and clowney just made him fully implode.

Not to mention that a good portion of people already have a lot of the subscriptions.

As a heads up if you get Verizon as internet provider you get Sunday ticket for free. Also if you already have Verizon they are having a promotion where it’s $276 as compared for $480

The High Price of Being an NFL Superfan

Fall weekends are sacred for football fans. The weather turns crisp, the leaves change, and the sound of kickoff fills living rooms across the country. Sundays are for back-to-back games, Monday…

LOL😳...I'm not a superfan...that is just craziness.

Totally forgot about our dominant joint practice record!

If it was the NBA they'd have a Joint Practice Cup.

Don't care so go ahead approach. Solid

I think I have three of them...Prime, Netflix, and Paramount+, I also have ESPN+ but that is more for college sports. I will not pay for Peacock, and I am tempted to cancel Paramount+...their app is horrible and crashes regularly.

Good to know...I recently got Verizon Whole Home 5G because my wired provider took 5 weeks to provision my fiber...as an existing customer upgrading from copper (they decommissioned the copper without knowing exactly how to set up the new router, Optimum are a bunch of idiots)...I work from home and have to have an ISP. I can only hotspot my cell phone so much before it gets throttled.

If you just got it then call them up they might give you Sunday ticket. When i did it last year they gave me Sunday ticket and also paid for my Netflix and hbo max for a year

It's only ever given the afternoon and late games that are out of market. So it doesn't include SNF, MNF, TNF, and any of those holiday games

Yeah... but those other games were all nationally televised on 'regular' cable networks or over the air TV.

nonono.

BTW, I might need some help come the first weekend of October. I'll be in Sleepy Hollow, NY celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary and I'll need either a way to get the game or to find a sportsbar that would have the Eagles on. (I checked and both the Jets and Giants also play at 1PM that Sunday.). @NYEagle

Even so... its still rather crazy. The NFL just keeps squeezing every dollar they can wring out and don't care about the fans having to pay more.

I wonder if Berman will continue doing a podcast at the athletic pr if maybe he replaces EJ doing episodes here or there with thin skinned Sheil.

Pretty good praise

I've been with Verizon for well over a decade... basically since FiOS first came to my area. Think they'll hook me up? 😇

Dianna Russini hitching her wagon to that moron Chase Daniel is the biggest travesty of NFL podcasting

I’d like to think at least 2nd tier. But in fairness to BLG he said it last year with Toth at center and then again this year after seeing him. He might not get a lot right or people don’t like him but he’s been saying he’s far better at G than C. particularly saying he was just awful with snapping. I believe solak said same thing about Toth

No effing way he is second tier, that’s me. groovy

No one is stopping you from loving Joe Burrow. I'm just here to point out that nothing besides 1984 style raw stats supports that love.

How about difficulty of throws? We have Intended Air Yards per target.

Jackson 9.0

Allen 8.3

Hurts 8.0

Burrow 7.4

Mahomes 6.3

Average completed air yards

Jackson 6.8

Hurts 6.2

Burrow 5.9

Allen 5.4

Mahomes 4.0

Burrow was 2nd in Completion % over expected

Hurts 6.6

Burrow 4.9

Jackson -0.1

Allen -0.2

Mahomes -1.7

Hurts did this with something like 83 offensive snaps with Hurts, Brown, Smith, and Goedert on the field together in the 2024 regular season.

Daniel Jones is the best QB of the 2018-2024 period if its all about POOR BABY! offensive line problems.

Note: He did not have Jamar Chase or Tee Higgins.

Where does POOR BABY! end?

Are Brady and Montana still the 2 best or do we have to put Jim Kelly there because Dallas, DC, and NY were mean to him?

Couldn’t hurt to ask. I believe if you upgrade your phone even if it’s already 5G they’ll give you it too
