What’s up, guys? I’ve been quiet on here lately. The truth is, I’ve been going through a rough stretch with my mental health. I wasn’t sure whether to say anything, but with June being Men’s Mental He

JT is having a rebirth this year.

It a baseball fan but Kruk snippets show up in my Eagles feeds occasionally. The man must have a significant gummie habit

So tired of this. Why? Because of his size? Do his instincts shout safety. It’s as tired as below 6’ corners should be nickel backs.

McKee has thrown 45 passes in his NFL career. Will he be able to maintain his level of play when he gets into must-win games and coordinators send exotic blitzes his way?

I sure hope so, but if he can he’ll be explained as an outlier in a 2025 NFL

I would call him more of a throwback rather than an outlier.

Samuel still out there

I love the Tom Brady wins Super Bowls analysis. It really digs down to the heart of the matter and gives a path forward for teams to clone him.

QB scouting has never been and never will be broken. Its just really hard.

Maybe Trot jr is on the trade market

I think he would fail the loyalty pledge to LeBron, Bronny, Shedeur, and Angel Reese.

He shut down Tyreek Hill, among others.

Ringo has talent, it just might not be at CB. Malcolm Jenkins was a terrific CB at OSU but only lasted 1 season in the NFL as a CB before he became a Pro Bowl safety. I'd rather take a gamble on Ringo trying safety, where he doesn't have to be put on an island and see what he can do then just outright cutting him. It might be a failed experiment, but if his days here at CB are winding down, it's worth a chance.

It's a fan pipedream, and I'm sure if they thought he had any future at safety the switch would have been done by now, but I don't think it's a crazy idea.

Think he visited Miami today

Because he doesn't have the hips to play CB but tackles well that was obvious the minute he went into the draft. Someone is tired of comments on a message board. Nothing like a Monday Morning QB over here

Am I dead inside? What exactly is incredible about this?

Samuel's agent declined to say if he was healthy enough to play, so that is a firm no. If he was, his agent would be bragging publicly about how healthy he is to try to get him a deal.

@mikemack8 hit him with it

If he is cut it's a shame but I won't lose sleep. He hasn't done a bad job on ST or as a backup CB, though.

I can't tell the difference but his pitching is off the charts.

This man’s out here asking the real questions

Nothing incredible, but it's fun to have a smoke throwing closer that actually closes the game. I'll take all the silliness if he closes like he did tonight.

It was his Mitch Hedberg impression.

If that's from that kid then holy F. Still awesome if it's from the dad. Beautifully done

No, the "analysis” was that a 43 year old QB who was famously unathletic at 23 won a Super Bowl in this "new age of football” or whatever you wanna delude yourself into calling it. Accuracy, timing, nuance, intelligence still matter a hell of a lot more than 99 throwing power and 4.5 40 times.

Physically he fits the mold at safety, but like center, safety is primarily a cerebral position, that is, a good safety sees the field, reads the QBs eyes,, anticipates the throw and oh yeah, makes the tackle when he comes up instead of whiffing.

Blankenship has average size, average athleticism but starts b/c he's smart as a whip and can be a coach on the field.

Ringo is fast, but if he can't recognize what's happening, his speed will be negated as he hesitates post-snap, trying to figure out what's happening and where he should go.
