He is also statistically just as good as CJGJ, or better in basically every stat imaginable.

He worked his way to a starting caliber player in the NFL. He started for our super bowl team that lost to the Chiefs.

Supposedly just wasnt a fit on his team this year.

Its a very quality depth piece. We will be 100% ok if he has to start even a large number of games.

Yep I think with Epps and Bennett you've raised your floor.

He's a massive upgrade over McCollum and Sam, and he also is a quality backup for Reed.

What outrage? lol. You’re the only one talking about it.

Youre still thinking about the Kelce/Swift engagement? roll

He wore 37 his first year here, I think that's the move. Still no clarity if this is 53 or PS. I would assume PS?

You know Lurie is pushing for 37 so he doesn't have to buy any new Epps jerseys. Just have him bring in his old ones. $$$ saved for the poor guy.

The Eagles could very well take a step back but there’s a few reasons I think it’s possible they won’t.

  1. They had a slow start last year, so it’s possible this team could actually start out better than that team did. The amazing playoff run makes it easy to forget how mediocre the team looked at times during the regular season and how the offense couldn’t seem to score in the first quarter etc… Possibility for an improvement there.

  2. We don’t know how tough the schedule is until the seasons starts. Are the Cowboys good? Are they terrible? The Eagles play Commanders twice the last three weeks. Will the Commies actually be better this year or will being the oldest team in the league catch up with them? Etc… Could be a tough schedule, could also wind up being fairly mediocre.

  3. While the team did lose some key veterans, Jalen and Co now have that pressure of winning lifted and the experience of being a champion. Wanting to taste that again could be a positive. It’s also an extra year for a lot of guys on defense now vs learning from scratch last year. Another year for Carter to get even better and for Smith as well. Maybe Jalyx or Ojo really break out. Another year for.Q and Coop.

While a step back probably wouldn’t surprise anyone, there are some question marks that when answered could wind up making them just as good or better.

Honestly, it's backup DE, S, and CB2 we are talking about. The offense is basically the same and Campbell is an upgrade over Dean. I'm not sure why 3 positions should make them start so slow.

Yeah CB2 could be the riskiest of becoming a problem.

CB2 may well be covering WR3 much of the time.

If Mitchell is traveling with WR1, or WR1 is in the slot DeJean may have him. Or DeJean may be on WR2 with Mitchell following WR1 in to the slot.

What may happen is, Mitchell allows more completions constantly being on WR1. And CB2 looks pretty darn good covering lesser WRs all year long.

@VaBeach_Eagle Can we get the bug fixed before the season where we can't edit posts that contain tweets/videos/photos/etc? Would be good to get that taken care of before opening day.

I know you can't reply here, but since I can, I will. I'll try my best to get it done. I've asked a few people for examples but hadn't gotten any (unless they're in the other messages that I'm going through right now).

So I'll see if it can be fixed, or if there might be a work around for it.

Meantime, please find a thread where it's happening and PM it to me.
