@Alphagrand Fields got more media respect than Hurts last year. They all loved him. He just needed a chance!

The only thing that really pissed me off this year so far was that debacle at the meadowlands. We weren't prepared for Dart.

Agreed but it was a short week with a bunch of injuries….lets see what happens this week. And with that schedule, if we do beat the Giants, any fan that isn’t happy sitting at 6-2 going into the bye should just go watch fing curling

Parsons got called for a hip drop!

They never call that, they always miss it and fine them later.

I guess they only call it for the QB?

Well, ****ing in the media can come with consequences 😉

I hope they figured out today that if teams are going to completely sell out to stop 26, that's fine. Don't force it. Take what the defense gives you and air it out.

Yes and I found it amusing

Give me an example.

RIp to all 4 of them. All of them were young still. Awful

Next week NYG is rushing 4 and playing zone, I doubt they can punk our defense again though with JC back.

My preference is consistency. He can be consistent with a better system and OC. That isn't KP. Vs man they do better but zone causes issues. I don't see them working well together.

With an OC like KP you basically get the Phillies. Big plays or nothing. The lack of a run game is another big issue but that offense is going to destroy the defense because they can stat on the field.

Hurts deserves credit for the 3 big plays but what the stats don't show is him losing yardage on early downs and him holding the ball too long. Eagles are lucky to have him but with kind of a situation he drives me up a wall. Not turning it over is great but he is too far that way at times. I'd love a guy who made fast decisions and got it out fast to extend drives vs dumping it off right away on 3rd down. Again, he is going to wear that defense out.

He had a PERFECT QB rating and threw for over 300 yards with 3 TD passes/ 0 turnovers and a completion percentage of 83. I think you are one the best and most reasonable posters here but there is literally nothing to be critical of in his performance today. He played horribly last week and he is not a traditional pocket passer but the guy is a SB MVP who has historically played his best football in the playoffs when it matters most and for some reason to so many people he still has more to prove on a week to week basis than most QB's in the league. It's ridiculous.

I put more of it on KP.

Dallas D ate their Wheaties this morning. Of course it might help the skins are missing their whole receiver room lol.

I really enjoy watching inferior Justin Herbert play.

Anyone who thinks he's better at football than Hurts is just hilarious.

He had the game of his life vs the Chiefs in Brazil. He looked good vs Miami as any replacement level QB would.

He had 3 TDs and 5 picks vs Denver, NY, and DC.

Amen. He’s a clutch winner who is willing to sacrifice his own stats for team success. It’s beyond proven at this point. He doesn’t play exactly like some want and certainly his game isn’t without flaws but the wins aren’t an accident and they are the main thing

Like I said above......Hurts is a SB MVP with an insane career winning percentage and has played his best football in the playoffs. Yet for some reason he has more to proven on a week to week basis than most QB's in the league. This is not just among a vocal minority of Eagles "fans" but also within the media. Hurts broke the mold and is not a traditional QB and people dislike/fear what is different. It says so much more about them and their own insecurities and hangups than it does about Hurts. All the while the dude just stays steady and keeps doing what he does. That vocal minority doesn't deserve to have him as their QB. I guarantee you some of them were still pining for Wentz today despite the fact that as per usual he played like a fish out of water for over half the game.

Is this where he got hurt? Even if it wasn't I worry about their knees.

and just like that Herbert with a pick in the end zone. 🤣

2 more picks today but you have to find dudes to rank ahead of Hurts so randomly pick him.

If before the season you were told the Eagles will be 5-2 while looking at the schedule and their two losses will be against an AFC team and a divisional opponent. Considering everything you would probably prefer it be the Broncos and Giants that those losses occurred. And you would be happy with that be a possible outlook for the season after 7 games.

Herbert is trash.
