I don't know how much Graham brings to the table off the field. Having him in the locker room could elevate morale I suppose.

I say this because he was there all the time during TC watching practice and talking to players. He works out at the facility all the time already as it is. He's been around the team the entire time so it's not necessarily an addition of having him now play. Maybe he can help Carter keep his emotions in check.

Maybe he can keep Carter from spitting on opponents by having Carter in stitches as he screams across the field.

Wonder what Fangio's feeling on Bradley Chubb is. I'd bet it has an impact on any potential pursuit of him at the deadline.

Also, it would be funny if Za'Darius unretires later on in the year to come back to the Eagles like BG did.

The new angle they are going with to ban the tush push

Hmmm... how is it easier to see false starts on any other play than on that particular play? Are the players some how closer to them on those plays?

Williams is a monster but we had no clue for most of his contract so I'm willing to give Robertson some time

We've watched Robertson for years. We know what he is.

Robinson, on the other hand, is a rookie.

Brain error on that one 😂 I don't know where Robertson came from.

I love when people disagree this way. Not that I don't enjoy being called an idiot by people other than my wife every so often, but this is still refreshing.

I got you.

You're an idiot.

Maybe just hire young athletic people with good eyes to be NFL officials instead of old out of shape guys in their 50s?

So he wasn't in on the trade? That sounds like Howie just gave him a player and Vic had to figure out what to do with him

I took it as Bennett got hurt before Vic could see what he could do

He was playing incredible against the run before he got hurt. I think it was the Rams game he was in the backfield all day. With Dean and BG back in the fold, this run defense could be transformed.

Especially if Nolan Smith comes back healthy.

Reading the tea leaves- Howie Roseman has made an offer. Raiders dropped the Dallas rumor to encourage Howie to increase his offer.

We can't afford him

If Howie were to trade for him, I wonder what they do with his contract after the season. No guarantee money left on the last 2 years I believe

One thing that I think needs to be acknowledged with Graham…

In his return, he is not going to be an edge rusher. He will not add one ounce of juice to the pass rush (hasn’t everyone watched him for the last 2 years?!) That shouldn’t even need to be argued. But he is strong and tenacious. He’s here to be an edge setter.

This may help with the running game IF he defies the odds and has something left in the tank. It’s not going to help the pass rush. I’d be pleasantly surprised if he gets a single coverage sack all year.

UM, he had 3.5 sacks last year in 11 games and 3 the year prior in a full season. That doesn't sound like much but when you consider that our leading sack guy currently on the roster has 1 sack and that Graham put up those numbers as a part time player he will absolutely help with the pass rush. Had you said he will help a lot more against the run and with his leadership I would agree. However, saying he he won't "add one ounce of juice to the pass rush" is flat out stupid and factually incorrect. Their pass rush from the edge position is so bad right now and devoid of depth that all he has to do is get some pressure and get 2 or 3 sacks the rest of the way and it will help.

Yeah there is something seriously wrong with him. I don't know if the cap implications are better if they move him in the off-season but I think it's pretty clear it is time to move on from him. Devonta is the number 1 at this point anyway and they have needed to add some big time youth via the draft at WR and TE for that matter for a couple of years now.

I think they will struggle for a bit to replace Goedert. They have done good for decades having the next guy in place and haven't been able to do it despite I think them wanting to have drafted a TE this past draft but weren't able to get one that they liked where they would have liked. I do agree AJ is gone though, there is no reason for him to still be chirping on social media like he is with this cryptic complaining BS.

I think the offensive approach from a Howie offseason will be to re-load on the offensive line and a draft a WR within the first two rounds. TE I think will be more of a move for a veteran TE. Hopefully a better job than what it was this past offseason with approach to signing cheap TEs hoping one would pan out (none did) knowing they were likely moving on from Goedert.

I would agree. You also have to consider that guys like Bowers and Warren are outliers and were high first round picks. Most TEs take some time to develop and hit their stride. It's clearly time to send AJ packing after this season though and so drafting a WR in the first two rounds would almost be a must. The TE is underutilized in this offense any so I would be more than fine with a decent vet FA signing and rookie 3rd-5th round pick. By "decent vet FA signing" I don't mean a Bryant or Granson but someone better.

Well Fangio had Chubb in Denver before Miami and Chubb came to join him so it was a good relationship at one point

Chubb is the one edge rusher that I would be targeting. No chance in hell I am giving up premium draft capital for a Trey Hendrickson and if they want a JAG just sign one off the street as opposed to giving up a late round pick. If they could get Chubb for a 4 or 5 I would definitely be interested. I might be interested in Jermaine Johnson as well but I would imagine the cost would be giving the Jets their 3rd round pick back and I wouldn't do that.
