I really don't want to gut the draft pick stash. I'm hoping Howie can work a player for player trade first and foremost, but I suspect picks are most likely. Fowler said Seattle really doesn't think Woolen fits, so maybe they'd do a Ringo for Woolen swap and Howie could get a CB by saving his picks there.

If Howie trades Ringo for Woolen, I'll have to accept he is in fact a sorcerer. There's just no way...

ESPN proposed Woolen and a 5th for Ringo and a 4th, which is the closest thing to a swap without it actually being a swap. I just don't think Woolen is all that great honestly.

Counterpoint: Ringo is a dumpster fire

Think Howie has shown his hand with draft picks stash. He seemed to be pretty loose with it for Metchie, Johnson, Howell & Brigsby. At least with the lower draft picks. And if you believe the Parsons rumors he was ready to send some higher picks for that deal. Howie can get more picks as he's proven in the past. I want him to stash this 2025 team as best as possible in this trade deadline. Impactful type trades. When it comes to the money situation. And salary cap I never worry about that either. Not gonna resign all these young players and probably won't want to in some cases. Not worth worrying about.

Guessing the Jets would ask for more than he’s worth due to the entire market wants pass rush. I’m guessing they’d ask for a 2nd. Hard time seeing someone pay it because he’s had durability issues. Missed last year. Missed 3 of 7 games this year. Comes with a higher cap number next year due to 5th year option. But i think they’d probably be happy to get their own 3rd rounder back from us as it’s looking like the 1st pick in the third.

But then again, its the Jets.

Maybe they take a 5th or 6th and are good with it.

Hearing the past week or so about Shady McCoy and the HOF, it has me wondering if he will bring up Chip Kelly in his speech.

He may be, but I don't think that's "settled science" yet and I don't know if the league or even the Eagles view him that way just yet.

Starting to wonder if the best OL right now could be Landon at center and Fred Johnson moving over to LG

Gartner or McKinsey? LOL

I told my ceo if lets McK anywhere near us i will stab him

Something I haven't seen any mention of was the massive brace on Nakobe Dean's arm. Looks like the kind of brace you'd wear for a biceps tear or something similar. I never saw his name on the injury report because of an arm issue, but that brace isn't worn just for the hell of it.

Kinnard would be nice now. Better option than Opeta or Pryor. Johnson better at tackle.

Eh, big difference in trading a 24 year old AJ Brown and an almost 30 AJ Brown. Also factor in their plan was a rookie Treylon Burks surrounded by jags.

That's true... but there's some folks around here who don't seem to think that trading Brown would have any kind of negative impact on this team.

If Jurgens is out for an extended period of time, one option is to move Dickerson to C, Steen to LG, and then put Pryor in to play RG. I hate moving three spots around but I'd seriously consider doing that if it is the only reasonable way to get Toth out of the mix.

I prefer giving Kendell a shot and keeping the line intact; but if Landon is moved to center I remember Pryor playing LG here (2020?) so a full shuffle might not be required. Toth is favored for some reason, so this is likely a moot point.

Woolen is behind Josh Jobe on the depth chart.

Is he behind Vikas's dog?

It was a view of overall franchise situations. I also wanted to get four equal sets.

  • The Ravens have Lamar, good coaching, and solid ownership.

  • The Bears look better, but haven't beaten a team with a winning record.

  • Same for the Panthers. Their strength of victory is 0.278.

  • What are thoughts on Tennessee's current GM, Coach, and QB?

What happens if Harbaugh goes to coach at Penn State next year though? The Bears look like a functional but young offense and a competent defense. The Panthers have looked bad and I just don't think Bryce Young is good. I have no idea who is coaching the Titans. The GM has constructed the worst roster in the NFL. Cam Ward could probably beat out Justin Fields and Anthony Richardson in a QB competition.

With the rash of tricep injuries on this defense, perhaps preventative medicine.

I think he could be better than the backup guards. If I'm Stoutland, I'm trying it.

It really can't get much worse.

Everyone can see it

Except the fanboys who cant accept they were wrong on him.

I know people like Pryor and they just signed Opeta, but guard is my biggest wish if they make a trade. I'm on the naughty list so I doubt Howie Clause will bring me one, though.

Has anyone with credibility looked at Toth's play.

Am I the only one who feels really dumb calling Tariq Woolen, Riq?
