I would have to think there are some famous people that lost money in the poker games. I don't feel bad for them.

They used Billups as a lure to get probably (wealthy) common folk to come play at games with famous people. So Im guessing mostly the victims werent famous. But still very rich and doing what they wanted with their money. They gambled, and lost it. Thats generally what happens in gambling whether you got conned or not. Basically everyone who gambles, even legally, IS knowingly getting conned. So, yeah me either. Dont feel bad.

Except becton cant stay on the field

And he hasn't been very good when he's on the field. People cry about Steen and losing Becton -- Steen has been objectively better. People cry about Ojomo and losing Milt -- Ojomo in 2025 is better than Milt in 2024 despite Carter being worse.

People just like to complain.

I'm so jealous of seeing every other HC give updates about injuries and tell the world on Friday who is or isn't playing this week. Meanwhile we can't even get a bread crumb of what Jurgens injury even is besides "knee".

"Lower body injury"

Becton last year was better than Steen is this year, significantly so. Our line last year was objectively better than this year's line, at any point.

I don't spend any time in any of the DAL forums. I just can't deal with most online DAL fans, most are just not realistic, as well as being insufferable and delusional. I have better places to spend my time 😁

I can second this opinion

I'm not as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was

McLane said earlier he was on track to play. Wonder when he hurt it, I mean he got the first down on the last play of the game. Well one of the last plays.

Steen has been legitimately excellent in pass protection, while Becton has been hurt and struggled mightily in LA.

Yup. Becton has missed some time but he has also not been good when he’s been out there. The Chiefs game is about the only game he really looked as good as he did with the Eagles. And that was all the way in week one. Before last night’s Thursday night game, he played 99% of the snaps the previous two weeks. both weeks was one of the worst players on the Chargers. I wouldn’t be shocked if he’s released after this year unless he stays healthy and turns it around.

About to be DeCoy brown

The one thing about Steen is that he is tipping the snap so the entire line sees more pressure than they should.

Doing this on the road in a dome is bad but possibly some reasons could be presented.

Doing this on the road in general is stupid.

Doing this at home is inexcusable.

I am a fan of you guys here, a fan of a few of the PHI players, and yes a fan of the wrong team 😂, I bleed blue and that will never change.

Well Dalls does suck.

And that's why I never give NBA players my cell number.

Becton was questionable in protection last season as well. We loved him because he was a road grader on Barkley's journey to 2k.

The other four OL are not what they were last season.

I am sure he came up with the system all on his own.

He hurt it when Jalen didn't like his Instagram post.

"Practice? We talking about practice?"

A simple and true statement.

Do you think we can run a screen pass? The Giants defense is completely DL dependent, it would be nice to get around them.

He is doing what the coaches tell him to do.

I have already shared my feelings about this game. I don't know if it is a must win in the big picture, but the Eagles absolutely must get their physical swagger back. A couple of rookies punked the Eagles after their loss and that is entirely unacceptable. When the Eagles smashed the Chiefs in February, the word around the league was that the Chiefs were no longer invulnerable...they could be punched in the face with no response. That Giant loss sent a similar message...the Eagles can not treat this game as just another ordinary Sunday...they are building a potentially great defense with all those young starts...it is payback time...

Well I’m not so sure the rest of the league thinks we are soft after that game but I agree 100% that payback is necessary.

The coaches make the offense way more difficult for having him do that. Who else in the NFL does this? What other Eagles in 13 years of Stout U did this?

Then bring him back if that happens.

I guess its a good thing that we never heard any news after Jergens' MRI. And that he hasnt been put on IR. So, Im not too concerned about when he will be back. Would seem to be a short term problem. At this point, may as well keep him out till after the bye.
