14 hours ago14 hr AJ isn't asking for or speaking of a trade. The team isn't speaking vaguely of him re: trade rumors. He said, Philly was his home. He doesn't want to be traded. Jalen and his relationship may have changed (now that Jalen is married and has his own family). That portion is just guessing. I don't like the narrative that his tweeting is being disruptive to the team. That it's the reason for trade rumors. The trade rumors are media driven. The players all said in unison, their play and scheme sucked. He wants to contribute; he wants to dominate his opponent. Him tweeting his frustrations shouldn't equate to disgruntled.

Toth's deficiencies as a shotgun snapper meant they had a higher proportion of under center snaps ... with clean snaps back to Hurts. In addition, Toth's lack of imposing physicality was/is less of a drawback at Center than it is at Guard. As a result the overall execution of the Line was improved, and the blocking of Fred Johnson as the inline TE added to that improved execution.JMOI think it’s fair to say that Toth is a better center than guard and Toth is a better center than a hobbled Jurgens. So that helped the OL to look the best it has all year…against a good front too.

Just last week I was told he was unplayable and we should put Sydney Brown out there instead. This was the best the team has played as a whole, and they will build on this momentum going into the bye.

I could be wrong, but I don't see the fire sales happening that others are predicting right now.I like the idea of him too. But the timing with him getting healthy so close to the deadline... big roll of the dice to bank on him being the answer now. There will be no time left to make a trade to fix it if hes not it.Id make a trade if there's one to be made.

14 hours ago14 hr No one should be comfortable with Ringo or Jackson playing in a playoff environment vs. very good QBs and top WRs. Both will be taken to the woodshed and will be beat like a drum.

(If you want to count Golden Tate because of the TD catch in the playoffs, maybe that one too).No mid season trades for defensive players have really worked out, have they?
14 hours ago14 hr Other teams make good midseason trades for defensive help. Roquan changed the Ravens a couple years ago. Bad idea to have a defeatist attitude that Howie can't pull a midseason deal for real help. It's there to be had. Go get it Tiger.

The key here is to put Love in a blender; he's high variance when it comes to pressure. Mukuba will need to learn from dealing with Jefferson, but again if he isn't overly committed to handling the run then I think he can hold up.

The All-22 may end up showing that what they didn’t have a lot of complexity, and their success was due to execution. Addressing the sieve that TE blocking had become with anyone other than Goedert meant fewer crashing defenders penetrating the backfield from the edges.

14 hours ago14 hr Now that they’ve re-discovered some swagger on the ground, I’d like to see them get back to something we saw them do last year against the Cowboys…go right after Parsons. He’s a special player, but that’s as an edge rusher. Hes not special against the run. Push him around and run at him on the ground. Then drop back, let him overpursue, and dunk a screen right over his head in the open field. If they can run the way they did yesterday, it will render Parsons useless.
14 hours ago14 hr In another thread on of the better posters commented that Toth’s shotgun snaps were solid … much improved over his Training Camp misadventures as a shotgun snapper. Does anyone have any thoughts about that?

Adding decent players in mid season usually amounts to nothing and it’s hard to get special players
