I would hope every DC in the league (minus 1) would send that play to the league, and perhaps Kermit shouldn’t get those borderline roughing calls like other rQBs don’t (cough, cough, Hurts).

This.

But also need social media to blow it up daily too. Which, in this case, it is getting some attention. Because the league is acutely aware of public opinion.

The announcers even mentioned that they, the announcers, fluff Mahomes in the KC game. EVERYONE SEES AND HEARS IT. So pound on it. Maybe getting called a giant a-hole enough times gets in Pat's head?

My new saying is going to be ‘I think all 22 is gonna prove us both wrong’…but every snap i focused on him his left for was on his right and right on his left. He absolutely looked like he had never gotten coached beyond a pee wee level before. The absolute basics of the position weren’t used, forget his ability to read leverage and hips.

Jackson was bad, to the point where anyone trying to defend his performance does so at the expense of their own credibility.

He didn’t look any good covering Pickens either, so it wasn’t just a CeeDee Lamb bad matchup thing.

17 of those 20 points were almost entirely due to three 15 yard penalties.

When Dallas did not get a 15 yard penalty, they scored 3 points all night... with no Jalen Carter and a very bad Adoree on the field for 42 defensive snaps.

No Amore for Adoree. Gets an F+. Eye test and stats more than back that up. Fangio ain't dumb. Dropped Ringo on one bad performance. Think he does same here, till somebody steps up or new signing/trade.

13-10 Iowa State at the half

Not sure I've lost more respect for anyone in the Eagles media sphere as Fran Duffy.

He's so anchored to his pre-draft writeups and other opinions. He desperately wants Sydney Brown to be a thing (while also shrugging off Mukuba). He says Adoree Jackson played ok despite being a screaming liability. He had time to watch all of Eagles/Cowboys game 1 AND Za'Darius Smith's 2024 tape in like 12 hours, but he still hasn't gotten bothered to watch Jakorian Bennett's Raiders tape. He completely disregards Josh Uche because his "2024 tape" in a bad scheme fit was bad. The way he so matter of factly said clear 2025 roster guys were "fighting for a roster spot" (BVS comes to mind, but there were plenty others I'm forgetting).

And he's so damn arrogant about it too. The passive aggressive "oh wow" when someone offers a conflicting opinion on a player is like nails on a chalkboard to me.

He's also right a lot (Ojularu maybe being cooked was a good one), but he's such a **** about it I don't even wanna give him credit.

Nice to hear that Carter won't be suspended

You’ve decided?

I always wonder where the "fake news” people get their "real news” from.

You could whittle that list down to 15, 20, 60, and 92.

And 99.

I don’t know if this is true but my wife sent it to me…seems kind of quick and a bit over the top.

The news that tells me what I want to hear

The key part is league suspension. I always thought it would be more team imposed than league and I don’t think we’ll find anything out until the game starts.

I dont think the team will, or should impose a suspension seeing Dak's actions that preceeded it. Fine him. Thats all.

Well, if it’s up to the team he better be playing 😂

I don't want to get into a huge McNabb debate. You know I am an expert on his many flaws.

What did he do to have his number retired besides play a longish time (though still getting hurt a bunch) on some very good teams?

I get the 15 second play vs Dallas and 4th and 26, and carrying the team in 2000, but really, someone explain it to me.

Ring of Honor? 100%

No one else ever gets to wear 5? meh

He just always felt more Danny White than Roger Staubach to me.

There needs to be a greater emphasis placed by the Eagles on highlighting the Ring of Honor in the Linc.

If it was determined that the dad ripped the ball out of her hand, would that change the perception? That seemed to be what she claimed.

They benched him for being late to meetings before. It’s obviously in the best interest of the team he plays but I also don’t think Nick is the type to be passive and put up with that BS. He is notorious about coaching and harping on the little things. Losing your composure in game would be one of those things.

But that number has been given out. The ones @mattwill listed are officially retired. Nakobe Dean, ironically, a really short LB wears 17.

He could still be honored at the Linc with his name and number on the facing of the second deck. If needed the facing of the third deck could be used as well.

He was punished enough by being publicly embarrassed and having to sit out the entire game. Time to move on.

That's the exact list I offered a couple days ago.

For the record I don’t think they will suspend him for a full a game. I wouldn’t be surprised if he sat on the bench for a quarter or two though.

Even thats too much. Maybe let Davis and Ojomo start. 1 play, or 1 set of downs at most.

Getting us that first one is well worth it imo

Ring of Honor. I believe Foles would enjoy seeing a 1st Round QB wearing 9
