2025 NFL predictions(non Eagles edition)

1. Washington has a major regression year, misses the playoffs, and finishes under .500.

2. The Seahawks lowkey have a chance to be really bad. I think they have a chance to win only 5 or 6 games and will finish last in their division. In think they downgraded at QB, Darnold will not repeat his 2024, they traded Metcalf, and their D is decent, but not great.

3. Justin Fields won't make it through the season as Jets starting QB even if healthy. He isn't good, and is going to hold back the offense and cost them games.

4. The Bengals defense will be really bad again.

5. I had this before the Parsons trade, but more now, I think the Packers will be much improved from last season and one of the 3 best teams in the NFC. Could win NFC North. They got better and the Lions got worse.

6. Don't expect the big leaps people are thinking with the Patriots and Bears. Both go under the win total.

7. Travis Hunter will have a solid rookie season, but by the end of it, it'll be consensus that the trade and pick was a mistake. That they should have either not made the trade, or if they did, taken Abdul Carter.

8. Aaron Rodgers will actually play well with the Steelers and the narrative that he'll go there, suck, and bring down the Steelers will die pretty quickly.

9. The teams that take the biggest leaps in win total from the previous season are the Niners in the NFC and Browns in the AFC.

10. Bowers will have another dominant season and talk will already start about whether he can be the best TE in NFL history.

When I contribute to my local food bank or my volunteer fire department, it does not create liability for me. IMO, the fact we even need to discuss liability for such a charitable act is a sad state of affairs.

Thanks for tracking predictions again this year.

The root word for fan is fanatic and that fits my fandom. Nick would have loved Coach Greene from my high school days. He always had us focus on the next play and not look ahead similar to Nick’s one game at a time approach. I believe that Eagles will always win the next game until they prove otherwise. So the only logical prediction for the regular season is they will win the next game. Extrapolating is not within the team’s DNA but since I believe they will win the next game, that translates to

17-0

But I will take that a step further. They will also win the next 3 games in the postseason. (Take that 1972 Dolphins).

I have no idea, but that was the thing that made redzone great. This totally ruins it.

My bet is it will be the type of thing where you still see live action in the corner of the screen while commercials play. Not that that will be any better.
