On the other hand, maybe hed be sharper if he was still in the flow of things. Hes improved from complete disaster to solid backup at least. But 2 INTs and a fumble, he still has ball security issues.

The answer was that they needed a cheaper option as a Wentz backup since they werent in a position to keep paying Foles big money to be the backup.

Hurts was drafted as a backup. Then Wentz requested a trade. Which was a blessing in disguise because little did we know, Wentz would never recover from whatever broke.

Guy was pretty much the epitome of carrying a team on his back that year until that clowney hit. Luckily the hurts pick panned out though and we don't have to play the What If game
