People see the struggles of the offense and immediately think 2023 all over again. But I dare anyone to try to compare Vic’s defense to Desai/Patricia, this year’s linebackers to 2023, or this year’s secondary to that one. This will be its own team. Maybe the offense struggles for a lot of the season, but if the defense stays healthy they’re only going to continue to gel and improve like they did last year. Especially with Nakobe on the mend.Yep. This team isn't like 23 or 24. Defense is good and has young guys who will get better. They aren't as deep in the secondary or DL. The offense isn't ladt year. They miss Wilson blocking and MB. Dickerson is hurt as well and teams are selling out to stop SB.They don't have a good OC. Multiple games already where he couldn't adjust to what the opposing defense started doing. Not only couldn't he adjust he looked inept. He is a problem and I'm not sure he gets better. It took Andy years to learn that but he rarely looked as lost as KP.They also don't have the OL depth they had last year. This team has to figure crap out. Some I think they can but other stuff will be a weakness. We will see if they are good enough to overcome them.

Someone who rewatches and watches all-22 should refute or verify, but I really don't think teams are selling out to stop the run against us anymore. There were multiple 3rd and longs against prevent defenses with light boxes that were stonewalling our OL and stopping Barkley at the line. What kind of play do you call against a soft front when you have a running game that can't get yards against it and a QB that only throws into big windows when the entire second level is blanketed in tight coverage?
Monday at 03:12 PM1 day I am really worried that AJ Brown is washed. I know that's still only at fringe hot take status right now. But it's starting to feel more and more real.

I tend to think that more of the problem is the play design. Every analyst likes to point out how simple the Eagles' passing offense is. I think too much of the offense is predictable. There is nothing that throws defenses off about the route concepts. It often looks like none of the receivers are open. I think that's because they so frequently run the same routes out of the same formation. The other possibility is that Hurts isn’t throwing the ball soon enough … and to a spot. That flight delay allows the DB to close on the catch point and break up the catch.

Monday at 03:14 PM1 day The Birds are 4-0 after starting 2-2 last year. Would you guys rather them have had big numbers in a 40 point Tie like Greenbay and the Boys? Or Jalen throw 450 yards like Russell and the GMen in a Loss? My point is yes there are always things to clean up but the Eagles are on a historical 20-1 run. They are winning every which way. I think it's great they are 4-0 and haven't even stepped on the gas yet.
Monday at 03:15 PM1 day I guess the one thing we have going for us is that basically the rest of the league sucks, so there's that.

Baun was all over the field and if it wasn't for one of the worst grass fields I've seen, he would have had quite a few more TFL.-Cooper DeJean played his best game as an Eagle.-Kelee Ringo was not a liability and showed more than enough that he's worth playing through growing pains.-Latu just seems to have something about him. The blocked punt and his impact blocking on offense. I want him on the field as much as if not more than Calcaterra.-The Eagles are 4-0 and currently playing some of the worst offense in the league and the defense has yet to hit their stride.Only if they could fix that silent count!!!

And the stadium was very loud in the second half. They were using that at home last week because our stadium stays loud for the offense as well. They should run a PSA all game to ask the crowd to be quiet while the offense is on the field. Especially for the Tush Push, where we use the cadence as a weapon.
