If you can't find a Mina Kimes tweet on your own... you are the real problem.

You don't even have to go to X. You can just go back a few pages on the boards.

Do better next time.

When you see other teams scheme WRs open it reminds how little that has been done under Patullo who has been the passing game coordinator since Sirriani inception. It definitely feels like the offensive success has been much more talent based than scheme.

It might be excuse making... but it seems to me that there's no real benefit for the teams that get the bye in the playoffs. It really comes more down to which team is hotter, and with baseball being so much more of a rhythm sport... layoffs seem to be more of a detriment, or at least something that needs to be overcome more than a benefit worth pushing to acquire.

I'd be curious how many teams that got the bye have struggled early in their first series. 🤷‍♂️

For a team like the Phillies who are notorious for getting hot and cold, the bye week is an absolute killer. They pretty much had one inning of productive bats last night. They worked the pen in the 8th, but alas, with the win in sight, they came up short.

This is the exact same Phillies team we've seen the last few years, minus their ace.

I am not sure what you have been watching and reading, but Denver is a really good team with a really strong defense. They are sneaky good and have been able to fly under the radar. They are not pushovers and not to be taken lightly.

I think they are good(ish). I wouldn't say really good. Yes, the Eagles can't take them lightly and if they do they could lose, but Denver is 2-2 and haven't exactly had the toughest schedule. I think the Bucs are clearly better and the Eagles were bigger road favorites. I still find that odd. Either Vegas thinks more of the Broncos or Vegas thinks much less of the Eagles after their offensive struggles of late.

I was watching that Vikings drive and thought the same thing.

Journeyman weirdo QB

Decimated O-line

No Aaron Jones

Good defense on the other side

Schemed open WRs all over the place.

What’s the alternative? No byes, but spot them a game😁 The 1 seed can choose their opponent🤷‍♂️ Is HFA real in baseball? Change the mix of games to be less even (e.g., 3 game series, all at home; 5, 4 at home; 7, 5 home; WS normal 4:3).

The alternative is to do it the way do it the way they always did prior to 2022. The system wasn't broken, but they decided to try to fix it anyway.

Dumping 12 personnel and attacking their LBs would make some sense as they are the weakest part of that defense (and it doesn’t give Hafanga an excuse to live in the box).

I hate modern football rules so much.

Looks like Ringo stole the job back.

This is really basic stuff on Denver:

https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/den/2025.htm

Look at who they faced

Look at home vs away

Its the only home field in the NFL where they have an actual physiological advantage,.

Denver is nothing special outside of Denver.

This would be a great week for the offense to show up for 4 quarters and pull us out of the Phillies are doing it again funk.

The blindside block on Hunt was the right call of a stupid rule.

The rule makes perfect sense on plays that are not turnovers. When possession changes there are valid reasons to block back towards your own end zone since the distribution of players is random.

It should be intent to injure only on a change of possession or within 10 yards of the point of possession change.

A fine after a review is idiotic.

This is the week where the grace period for me expires with this team. Of course winning is the most important thing and if they win, great... but the offense needs to improve this week. If not, I'm both going to be really concerned and really pissed. Really concerned because this is the type of game where last season they'd have heard the noise all week and came out ready to execute. If not, it would be an indicator they are out of answers this time around. That doesn't mean they can't still win the game, but being out of answers is never good and bodes poorly long term. And pissed because I know there's about 20 other coaching staffs out there who would get more out of this unit than this staff does as it currently stands.

And it's not like this schedule has a spot where it eases up for a long chunk. It really is just the part of the schedule we have coming up the next few weeks and that's it.

Football is an inherently violent sport, got to keep your head on a swivel… simple advice without the need of legislation.

The preseason is over, finally!

Well, that's what I would have expected. Quoting someone's post rather than her tweet. Good job!

My post has the tweet in there along with full context of my issue with. You're apparently too dumb to click a link though.

Penn State was embarrassed, Phillies let a 3 run lead evaporate. Com’on Eagles I need something to cheer about.

12 personnel with Calcaterra is doing a favor to the defense.

He can't block at all and he's a mediocre to bad receiving TE

Using a 6th OL or a 3 WR helps the offense much more.

This is a basic football IQ test that Patullo is failing.

I joke about getting a dog with buttons to call packages and plays and getting a fan from the stands to play TE2 to block but in truth they can't be much worse.

So Carson still might to be the starter for the Eagles game in week 7. This is his 3rd Start in a row with the Vikings. .

It’s amazing how he looks just a little bit worse every year

I have weird vibes about this game. I don't think Denver is great, but we just played back to back emotional games and we surely had a look-a-head to our TNF game from a preparation standpoint.

Denver 27

Eagles 21

He's on a historic Journeyman Streak starting for 6 different teams in 6 straight years. Got an AFC Title out of it, lol. He still has an arm just isn't' as mobile.

Stop calling time outs and getting penalties. I have to poop.
