Tuesday at 12:46 PM5 days The one thing that has to absolutely happen starting this week is for Hurts to get back to running 7-10 times per game. If any of that stuff was true about him not wanting designed runs in the game plan this year, tough shite. It's put up or shut up time. This offense for this season needs Hurts to be a legit threat again with his legs. It's the only thing that will elevate the offense and open up things more for Barkley and the pass game. It's the only way they'll be competitive. Designed runs and quasi-scramble drills where he takes off. Hurts needs to be more decisive with his runs as well...too often this year it just seems like he waits a tic too long before deciding to take off.

But I do expect him to finish better on designed runs in the playoffs. You have to play like every yard is important. It's all or nothing in the playoffs.
Tuesday at 01:43 PM5 days Looks like the line is creeping up and it's about where I would have expected, the Eagles should be 4-6 point favorites with the Niners so banged up.

I just want more of an impact from a player of his pedigree. He was the 31st pick in the draft, which means he had a 2nd round grade, what is the pedigree you are referencing? He played really well all season for a 2nd rounder forced to start from the first game on the 2024 #1 defence. He beat out a 3rd year Trotter, Jr. for that role and never relinquished it to him. Dean is better right now at MLB, and Baun has Campbell's natural LB position for the next two years. Really good pick with really good production. And by all accounts he will work his ass off on the off season to get better.
Tuesday at 02:13 PM5 days I will never understand the Michael Vick glazing. 2010 was awesome yes, but that was itHe was our starter for 3 seasonsWas only healthy for about 2 seasons worth of gamesWas only good for about 1 season worth of gamesWon 0 playoff gamesSomehow is considered one of our best QBs? I saw someone say he’s on our Mt Rushmore of QBs… wtf?Not before Cunningham or Jaws or Wentz or Van Brocklin… hell, Rodney Peete and Nick Foles have arguments over VickIt’s so weird
Tuesday at 02:19 PM5 days I guess it was kind of fun, so people remember it more fondly than they will the KP O. Because the KP O is just hard work, even when winning

Howie said they spent the entire second half of the first round trading up for him because they had him as the 10th best prospect in the draft

I don't think most Eagles fans consider Vick one of the best Eagles QBs. That's silly.

A team going through a regime change and willing to dump a corner on last year of rookie deal or wanting to just rebuild and move a guy to get off the contract (don’t think this is a Denzel Ward but a lesser tier no. 2 corner)I don’t know is contract status haven’t looked it up but Woolen the corner for the Seahawks was talked about at the trade deadline. He had a great rookie year then got beat out by Josh Jobe this year.. didn’t play much the first part of the year till they decided to start playing a lot of 6db alignments. He has looked pretty good the back half of the season.

If CHI beats GB, we beat CHI, and LAR beat both CAR and SEA then we are hosting them.I was saying that if we play GB this post season, it could only be in the NFCCG. Not any earlier. We could play CAR or LAR as well.

What Howie said right at the draft can be hyperbole. If a really good drafting team on a roll says the guy picked 31st is a top 10 talent then they aren't the only one. He'd be top 10 on most boards. Could the shoulder have moved him down? Sure, but 21 spots, not so sure. Anyway, I thought he played really well for us, just Dean is better for this defense today.

I said in training camp, the eagle should’ve went and signed rasul Douglas for dirt cheap. Even if he stunk, you could’ve always just released him and moved on and it wouldn’t have cost you that much. Douglas actually played well this year even with a bad dolphins team.
Tuesday at 02:56 PM5 days Could these horrible plays somehow result from bad terminology? Like using words that sound alike when there's crowd noise?
