They were basically screwed, they all had to be in the endzone so all the bears were in the endzone. Travel time from the 28 and no one would have had a shot. Love should have thrown a moonball so someone could 50/50 it

Every Bear defender was in front of their WRs though. Like come back to the football.

LaFleur is a hard coach to read. He has a good W/L record but his teams always seem to disappoint

Harbaugh licking his chops...

What happened @MrGreenBay?

Our defense isn't the same as when we played the bears the first time. They elevated themselves back to the elite unit of last year.

Should have played for the 2 seed.

As I posted in the thread, one of the few things useful to come out of Eagles reddit:

The fire Sirianni part is slight hyperbole, but otherwise this is completely accurate.

But we did technically have something to play for. Anyways it's spilled milk.

Spilled milk in here? Ha! Even when e win the SB people will be chewing on not playing for the #2 seed.

Thought everyone liked him? He's the 'offensive guy' everyone wishes we had I thought?

Rams almost lost to the Panthers. Looked like Stafford's throwing hand was bruised a little

Also F the Panthers for giving me hope on a $20 bet when they were +900 lol

I'm not scared of either of those teams today. Even if our offense can't figure crap out... our defense will destroy them roll

Sirianni and Patullo after they saw the Packers offense disappear for an entire half.

Well, at least we won the Super Bowl last year - what a season. LII-LIX

Save this for after tomorrow's game if they lose, cause if this offense somehow comes alive tomorrow then we're sleepwalking to a second consecutive super bowl. Today's games just confirmed the NFC defenses outside of Seattle are not good.

The best offense is LA who would have to travel east in cold weather again if we make it to the NFCCG. The bears struggled to beat us in the regular season with the offense doing absolute jack ish. Seattle in seattle would be the toughest game on the offense. Defensively we have the abikity neutralize every offense in the playoffs, it's all on the offense at this point

Meh, people got over resting Barkley last year instead of letting him get the record. If they would have lost then yeah people would probably still be b!tching lol

The neutralizer in the Bears game could be the weather. Rather have had the Rams travel east 2 weeks in a row and play in the cold at home. Dang! Still okay playing the Bears in a revenge game with Edwards out and their left tackle Trapilo may be out. Bears are super high on him as their left tackle, as there was a lot of turnover there this entire season. And we can hope Rams upend Seahawks and that we see them later at home.

Even if everyone wishes we had him here, that doesnt change the fact that he's an arrogant a hole even though he's won nothing

He clearly heard all of this

Yeah but why would the packers play anyone in week 18? Wasn’t going to help them playing in week 18 except get more guys hurt. The packers have been toast since parsons got hurt. They’ve been bad defensively since outside of the Vikings game (which was two backup QBs)

Eagles are an entirely different circumstance.

Both games ended up wildly entertaining. NFL playoffs are off to a good start

This whole season has been surreal. So many crazy endings week to week.

I know everyone's worried about the offense. Not I. Because there are no great defenses, except for Seattle. Who hopefully get knocked off by Rams. And Hurts' straightjacket comes off now. 😉

He gets carried away at times but transforming a garbage Bears team that was basement dwelling last year now to a division title and their first playoff win in 15 years is pretty impressive.

Even if we win, next time Sirianni pisses someone off it will be revived

I have no idea how everyone around here seems to think we’ll just March into ice cold Chicago (our receivers and offense play so well in cold weather) and beat a red hot Bears team who just broke the all time 4th quarter playoff comeback record.

Y’all are funny sometimes.

Not worried about the Bears but just have a bad feeling the way everything went today

25 freaking points in the 4th qtr…ridiculous.

Our defense is good, but this isn't 91. I think people forgot just how many turnovers we got in the playoffs last year, and that was with a SIGNIFICANTLY better running game. If we can't run the ball we're in serious trouble. Unless they have some master plan for Jalen to suddenly carry with his arm - maybe playoff mode can do it, we HAVE to find out how to run the ball. Everyone's been avoiding this, just thinking things should magically work, but if we can't run, our offense is almost certainly Fed.
