Yes to both. Eagles should have some serious familiarity with wind affecting games at this point. Yet somehow it always seems to be more detrimental to our offense than the other team. A lot of that is due to Hurts’ lack of arm strength, but Purdy will at least have the same issues.

Even from a regular fan perspective this game should be interesting
