And then if the offense turns it around they are going to have to fire Siri and promote McDaniel. That’s a tough call to make.

They should have done it last year getting rid of useless Siri to keep Kellen Moore. Instead we got this.

We can stop the talk about the defense being Super Bowl caliber too. They weren’t that today.

We win the turnover battle 2-0, and got 3pts?

I feel like a super bowl contender next year retaining most of the defensive talent. Retaining all of the offensive talent. And having a new OC.

However, firing the HC will be too much change and significantly hurt our chances.

Siri has an incredible record, and has earned more than 1 F up in a row. If next season is screwed, then its time to consider that.

Right now, stability with just an OC change puts us back in contention immediately.

His F ups have to be in a row? This is the second time this team has looked this way. The only reason this wasn't 2023 all over again is because his ass was saved repeatedly by the defense.

You realize Vic might retire if we even tried that right?

Hate the niners but respect to Shanahan. They were severely under manned and traveled across the country and beat us.

I saw a stat here this week where Hurts is like 30 of 34 with a 120 rating on crossing routes.

They refuse to call them.

If they expect Lane to be the RT next year, then they are really stupid or are cool with Fred Johnson.

No offense, this is kind of BS because the Eagles all year haven’t handled anyone besides giants at home, commanders second half (1st game) and raiders. legitimately this team has played like this from week one all the way to the end of the season.

The difference between the two or the three seat probably doesn’t make a difference because they’re not winning the Super Bowl. This offense against a team that had an entire linebacking corps out and no pass rush. Eagles couldn’t score more than 19 points. The Eagles haven’t scored 30 points in a game since September. Heck they have scored over 24 points twice in the last 10 games and it was the commanders and raiders.

Fundamentally this offense sucks for a multitude of reasons. But really your offensive coordinator not knowing how to call plays and consistently having the same issue from week one where they had a great start and then disappeared afterward. it is frighteningly thought that garafolo was positive that if the eagles won that Pattulo was coming back.

Offense hasn’t been great but they’ve shown flashes.

They could have won this game - even as bad as they played had the refs been even slightly less biased (and I’m being nice about that)

KP will be fired, but Siri is still the biggest problem. We need a HC who can be his own OC

I kind of disagree, Harbaugh functioned well in Bmore forever. We need Lurie to force him to bring in a better offensive mind and actually change the offense rather than lesser offensive mind and keep his scheme that always seems off. He’s a decent leader of men, but he’s not good at offense and he thinks he is. That illusion needs to be shattered for him. He’ll either come to an understanding to leave or he’ll knuckle under on that part.

I have a sick sense of satisfaction that they lost a game after winning the turnover battle, when Sirianni coached all season like it was some flawless formula to win.

You don't see Smith in the bottom during the replay. I'd rather throw 1on1 to AJ despite his drops than triple covered Goedert. That's on Hurts

Also have to deal with the curse of Lane Johnson. We flat out stink without him regardless of everything else.

MUST get his replacement in the building next year so losing him doesn't torpedo the season again.

I mostly agree with you, but there’s a non-zero chance that Sirianni invokes his inner Doug Pederson and refuses to move on from Patullo

I actually love Sirianni more than most, but…

Jeffrey needs to make sure Harbaugh doesn’t sign before we work out the important stuff

This feels like AJ Browns Alshon Jeffery fall from grace season. I know we really cant trade him this offseason, but we need to as soon as possible before everyone notices he is declining. It started with Alshon's drops in the playoffs. It wasnt anything noticeably physical, but he was done. AJ still looks ok but he does not deliver.

I love how KP teased us with 3-4 straight very successful Tank runs and then we never saw him again except for one blown up run on first down, as is KP tradition, later on in the game.

I would trade Siri for LaFleur straight up if Green Bay wants a change.

I would take the 23 O over this crap we had to watch this season. If it was the 23 D this year we would have won 4 games.

It would be funny to see seattle or la win in SB 60

You can see the difference between a well coached offense and the Eagles offense. The 49ers were without a ton of their best offensive players. They lost one of their best players in the game. They turned the ball over twice. But they made ADJUSTMENTS. That's what good coaches do. The Eagles offense had no answers all season long.

They gave up two fourth quarter touchdown drives. We already knew the offense sucked. I’m not giving them a pass.

Refs were terrible today for sure, but that’s not the whole story. We choked this game away mostly by ourselves. This team has enough talent to go one and done, as the showed. Talent alone doesn’t win championships. 9ers showed way more heart and wanted it more. We were lifeless for most of the game.

It could have been better for sure - and the team should not have rested the starters last week.

That said - the refs won this game for the 49ers

Dont forget the super bowl in between. Thats kind of a big deal. Ill take another chance at that next year.

No I’m good there with Sirianni, he’s the ultimate glue guy head coach. Lafleur is pretty good but not special
