Trot will replace Dean next season for sure. Unless Dean wants to come back cheap on team friendly deal. But trot played well vs Washington

If Campbell gains 20-30 lbs and gets cross trained to edge and Trot starts…hell might freeze over. Won’t happen.

If I am DeVonta Smith, I reach out to big Dom and tell him to spread the word that the players will revolt if Patullo stays even as janitor.

If they'd made Moore the HC, we would be looking at back to back super bowls. Instead we got stuck with flower child and his lame duck zen philosophies but at least we won the turnover battle.

Wouldn't have happened unless Moore completely redefined Jalen as a QB, switching the OC doesn't make the OL suddenly healthy enough to keep the same level of running performance, which is the only reason the 2024 offense was decent at all.

It's all good Skip, I understand your need for a little copium. Since '97...damn...Google is your friend I guess.

Wants a traditional QB after dealing with Tua

A-Aron……is basically Jason Peters (this hurts because JP is one of my fav players of all time). Arguably one of the best to play at any given position, but you can’t retire on time. AR will get a lot more love because of his position and for sure still 1st ballot HOF, but should honestly be penalized and kept out for a bit. Just like JP will, a slam dunk 1st ballot guy who decided to make his journey there harder by being stubborn.

I just thought about this, the last two games where the starting defense played (Buffalo and SF), in the 4 quarter of the last 2 games they gave up 26 points (4 tds) on 6 possessions, 1 punt and a turnover. I think this is less about them not being able to finish and more that I think they began just running out of gas.

Imo I think the offensive ineptitude in the games was an issue and hurt them by having to play more snaps. As D gave them a chance to put the game out of reach and couldn’t. But I also think there was a long-term accumulative effect of the defense playing the snaps they did from Green Bay to the Chargers game. At some point it felt like the bears game where offensive ineptitude and accumulation of playing more and more snaps may eventually be their demise.

WTH would Jeff or Howie allow a guy who designed such bad plays to go back to the passing game coordinator? BS fire him. I don't care if he is Nick's best friend this is the freaking NFL. Ridiculous. And what OC is go to want him?

More proof until Nick is gone he will have his hands all over the offense even though he sucks.

Chip is not even the worst recycled Eagles coach past his expiration date.

Kotite finished 0-7 in Philly. Leon Hess just had to have him.

3-13

1-15

Yes, 4-35 in his last 39

The thing that irritates me with moving Pattulo back to the passing game coordinator is the passing games has been an issue since the Niners game in 2023. Furthermore it wasn’t great in 2021. So 4 out of the 5 years it’s been an issue with him holding that title. So him being the passing game coordinator didn’t help the passing game outside of 2022. Then he became the OC and the passing game got even worse. Maybe he’s just not cut out for either title

But he is Nick's friend so....

WTH Jeff and Howie. Meanwhile McD is going to Detroit and will get whatever he wants if he takes the job. No stupid offensive system or philosophy or inept passing coach to take on.

It always amazes me when fans say just do this and that and boom you win the Superbowl.

People keep forgetting to realize that the O-line did not play at the level it did last year. Yes Patullo shouldn't have been OC but just saying that Moore is still here and we win is lazy thinking.

If Moore was still here, whether as OC or HC, maybe we beat SF. Doubt we're beating the Rams and Bears with how the O-line was playing, especially run blocking.

Chiefs had a bad line and made the SB. They also blocked well yesterday. It's coaching.

I like McDaniels and would want him. But i do think his offense did have its struggles against better opponents. He scored 23 points or more in 8 of 27 games vs. playoff teams. Was held to 20 or under 20 in 17 of 27. Some of that is his roster and injuries. I know that accounts for some of it. Here are the points scored against playoff teams

2022: 22.8ppg

Ravens 38

bills 19

Bengals 15

Vikings 16

Sf 17

Chargers 17

Bills 29

Bills 31

2023: 16.1 ppg

Bills 20

eagles 17

Chiefs 14

Dallas 22

Baltimore 19

Bills 14

Chiefs 7

2024: 17.8 ppg

Bills 10

Bills 27

Rams 23

Packers 17

Texans 12

2025: 21 ppg

NE: 20 (special teams TD made it 27)

Bills 21

Panthers 24

Chargers 27

Bills 30

Steelers 15

NE 10

Overall 19.7 ppg vs. playoff teams.

Not my favorite just an example of who is going to want to come here and deal with that crap

If he called the red zone plays this season, then make him red zone czar.

New OC may be a bit pissed about that, though.

That's a great way to piss off and/or alienate your entire fanbase, Lurie would never do it. For better or worse, he does care about fan perception to a degree
