I think howies biggest ooops this off season was letting Siri Hire Patullo. Other than that hes done well. His draft wasnt anything spectacular but solid hen your picking almost last pick of every round

I thought the Campbell pick was good, mainly because I didnt think Dean had any real chance of coming back to near his former level with the injury he sustained, but hes looked better than before to me and Campbell looks to have hit the rookie wall a few months ago

I wasnt really a fan of makuba, still not, would have rather just ktpt CJ.

Was excited about the Ty Robinson Pick but hes not ready and hasnt showed much, plays too high meeds to get stronger. We'll see next year of hes got anything or is JAG.

Hated the Adoree pick up and letting slay go, I was never a big fan of slay but cant go into a season and expect to contend for a superbowl ith adoree as your number 2. They really thought Ringo was gonna take that spot and its obvious he isnt that dude.

Losing Milton and sweat sucked but Ojomo was in the wings ready for those snaps and has been solid and the trade for phillips, even though he did nothing against the cowboys looks like a good replacement for Sweat.

I would have like to have Kept Becton but you cant lay everybody and the coaches wanted the cheaper Steen to win the job, hes no becton in the run game but hes been ok.

Bringing fred back was a savvy move as was Tank trade, not sure why howie signed Gipson when Covey is right there, strange stuff 🤷‍♂️

Im sure howie made other moves but I cant remember.

Best move- Jalen phillips

Worst move- Kevin Patullo.

Ive always liked Sydney as well, hes fast and tough and plays with his hair on fire, but when you play with fire you get burned

His eyes and feet are undisciplined, he plays out of control far too often which leads to missed tackles, missed assignments and friendly fire.

Maybe with a fullish week of practice with the starers he'll put it together, he has the physical ability and talent to be a good safety his brain just hasnt caught up to his physical ability.

Adoree Jackson is horrible. Been horrible for years. As long as he's starting, we are going absolutely nowhere. Against teams with 2 very good receivers or more he gets exposed. Player personnel wise, I think you can only knock Howie on letting Rodgers walk and relying on Adoree/Ringo/Bennett to take that job. He at least addressed it with the Jaire trade but that fell apart outside of his control. I also think it’s fair to criticize not re-signing Becton, but they were high on Steen. Sweat and Milton were never realistic in keeping based on the deals they got. Baun was priority #1 to get done and he did that.

Everyone gets injured in the NFL. I don’t think saying you’re curious how things would look for a few weeks with a different player should be treated as a mortal sin.
