Me and @SkippyX have been talking for the last couple of years in how Patrick Mahomes has been one overrated QB, post 2022, when he lost Tyreek. Maybe we are all on the same page...finally. They won those 2 back to back years because of a championship defense coached by Spags and a lot of rigged calls and league support as well. And yes Hurts did outplay him in both superbowls should be an alarm bell as well.

Eagles beating the Chargers tonight and look to get that bad taste out of their mouths from the Black Friday debacle at the Link. Think that hand injury affects Herbert's psyche and what he's able to do on the field and the defense will take full advantage of that. After a mini bye week, we see a revamped and refreshed offense to take the lead tonight as they are hungry and play angry to restake their claim. All over the Eagles, as 2.5 point favorites.

He’s just so young for a historically great qb to decline. That said, his style of play is far more prime Rodgers/Favre than Brady/Brees/Manning.

It’s frenetic, improvisational, and reliant on elusiveness and arm talent. So it’s not crazy to see the hourglass draining faster.

I have a hard time counting out a climb back to the top if they stabilize their OL and develop their young WRs.

I was just kidding about the real test thing. But yeah, it IS a winnable game and it's one I think we should win. But, if the team from the last 2 weeks shows up tonight, that'll be all she wrote.

My wife and I finally got her mother home from the hospital last night after taking her into emergency last Monday night. She developed a UTI which spread and infected her kidneys and other organs. She's one of those people who "doesn't want to go to the hospital" and "is feeling better" -- If we had waited an extra day before acting, she likely would not have recovered because she'd have developed pneumonia.

When I picked them up to drive her home yesterday evening, she kept complaining about them taking blood every hour or so for testing, and how "it's not easy" being in the hospital. It was a very good thing for her my wife was in the car; I was tempted to say .... a few things.

My guess is she caught the flu that my wife and I had earlier. For me it was just stomach issues for 2-3 days, spending a bit of extra time in the bathroom. My wife had hers manifest as vertigo where she gets so dizzy she can hardly function. Her mother being diabetic -- and not taking meds as I found out -- she doesn't have the immune system to fight off the flu, so her condition became much worse.

It was pretty surprising how quickly she went downhill from not feeling very well Sunday to being driven to the ER Monday night. Just wanted to put it out there for anyone with elderly (over 60) relatives -- don't wait -- if they look like they need medical attention, they very likely do.

Yup…any Eagle game at Sofi is a must go. It is an incredible experience with the giant oval screen…tv just doesn’t show the scale of the technology…a must see. My daughter loves the Uber Eats …order off the app, wait til it pings, and then pick up the order without waiting in a line. But..the best part of the experience is lack of loyalty of LA fans…they sell their tickets en masse. The walk to and from the parking lots are filled with chants and shenanigans. And inside…it is green and loud. Tonight is the first time the Eagles have played the Chargers there and their fan base is still centered in San Diego…a 100 miles south. Quite a trip with traffic for an average fan to travel on a work night. I expect a really loud and rowdy fan presence.
